Or point me in the right direction which I can learn to do it myself, and probably upload it for sharing if successful.
Thanks in advanced!
Use 7-zip. Here's the lowdown-
1. Get the required current battery files by copying your phone's SystemUI.apk (present in /system/app) using Root Explorer or a file explorer which has root access to your PC and then extracting using 7-zip. You will find the batt files in the res->drawable-hdpi folder
2. Once you have flashed the toggle zip, copy your SystemUI again to your PC.
3. Open the SystemUI.apk file (DO NOT EXTRACT IT)
4. Navigate to the res->drawable-hdpi folder. Just drag the previous batt files to the archive and replace them
5. Copy the modified SystemUI.apk back to your phone with the permissions rw- r- r-
As usual, I am not responsible if any derp happens with your phone but if you follow the instructions nicely and carefully, you should be OK. Make sure you keep a backup of the SystemUI.apk and if possible and recommended, keep a Nandroid backup that you can fall back on in case of problems.

This is what i mean, they look 3D like, and with Swiftdroid they look just like to be plain, not 3D.
So i extracted the ones from Quarkx 2.1 rom, put them in framework-res.apk and put it via adb on my phone -> boot looping.
So, how can i put them on my phone and change the Lockscreen Tabs
Widgetlocker has the 2.1 style tabs

If you want ill make it for you with a update.zip because it sounds like you have permission problems.

You need to edit framework-res.apk inside rom you are currenty using. Copy tabs images from 2.1 framework-res.apk than open your framework-res.apk in Win-RAR or something like this program and paste images to replace it. Than just replace framework-res.apk
= Boot Loop too
OMG give me just framework-res.apk file inside your ROM ;]
here you are http://michabilbang.de/framework-res.apk
Use NinjaMorph and replace the desired files
Simple and easy !!!
You can get something like this
First try this:
Code:
http://www.multiupload.com/SO1CZAO12C
only when first will not work try this: (rename signed-framework-res.apk to framework-res.apk ;])
Code:
http://www.multiupload.com/NPPRC1Z6WB
first one worked, thx
but needed to increase system space a bit.
Code:
http://www.multiupload.com/9GV3N6UED0
For RC3, working for me.
I wonder if there is the possibility of changing only the dialing screen? Well, during the sunny days the visualization of the numbers is difficult.

I just wanted to change the dialing screen and keep the rest of the theme.
The second option is better on sunny days.

Thank you very much
With a root explorer locate your /system/app folder and copy phone.apk and dialertabactivity.apk to your SD card.
Copy them to your PC and keep a backup of those apps just in case.
Using 7zip or winrar open the apps. Locate their /res/drawable or res/drawable-mdpi folders. Those contain the graphics. Locate the ones with the numbers and extract them.
Edit the graphics with a good software (not paint, something like Photoshop) and save them without changing their size or format.
Drag the edited .png images to the /res/drawable or drawable-mdpi folder of the apps. Don't extract and repackage the whole app, just drag and drop the edited files in their corresponding folders whike using 7zip or winrar to view the app.
Put the edited apps in your SD and then place them in system/app with rw-r-r permissions.
Reboot, they should work OK. If they don't work (give you Fc) something got screwed in the process, try it again. If all fails, restore your original apps (the ones you backed up) to system/app with proper permissions.
This tutorial is adapted from Arc forums originally by jjdoctor. i just resized PNG for mdpi device. (pls delete this thread if it's against the rules or repeated)
0. make a nandroid backup.
1. open framework-res.apk using winrar / 7zip etc
2. copy and overwrite the png from attached zip file to /res/drawabale-mdpi
3. change the new framework-res.apk file permissions to 0644(like the old file's permissions)
4. replace the old framework-res.apk with the new one (the result will be a boot loop if you replace it with wrong permissions)

is there somebody who can make this as a flashable zip for .431
that's pretty easy but not recommended coz it can affect themes andother framework mods and make some troubles. it's just a simple copy-paste stuff.
i get an error, because i don't have busy box
try this
install via cwm

how do you dare installing mods without nandroid?!!!!!!
i installed cwm with recover x, and custom apps sometimes i flash it and sometimes i do it with root explorer only when i need a app instead of the whole .zip easy as hell dude

And always good. Thanks a lot
locate (or create) the following file and disable the read permissions
/data/data/com.cooliris.media/files/zzzzzz_lockscreen_wallpaper.jpg
(to locate/create and edit the above file permissions use a file manager app able to navigate the /data folder.
NOTE: Manual edit of files in /data folder require root permissions so the Andriod system must be rooted first
NOTE2: This trick works on Samsung Galaxy Y stock ROM, on which the system looks for the file zzzzzz_lockscreen_wallpaper.jpg located in /data/data/com.cooliris.media/files to be used as lockscreen wallpaper. Other ROMs might look for different filename and/or different location.)
That's it!

As side note I want to add that my first read about this topic was, about two weeks ago, a thread started by XDA member recognized contributor marcussmith2626 more than one year ago (How To Make The Lockscreen Transparent) which explains a more sophisticated way to get the lockscreen transparent and that might work on a variety of ROM and devices.
Then I accidentally discovered the above trick by my own (I forgot to set the permissions after replacing the jpg file) and I decided to share it here even though I don't know if anyone had posted the same trick before as comment at the marcussmith2626 thread or anywhere else in XDA or the Internet virtual space
wooooow,awesome:laugh:
thnx for rhis.as easy and as simple as it can ever beeee.so cooooool
nice trick
Thanks for your guide its very very easy =D
