THEN PUSH THE TATINUM BACKUP AND ICS NAVIGATION APP TO SYSTEM AND SET PERMISSIONS ON BOTH OK AND REBOOT

GOTO THE VIRTUAL BUTTON BARS APP AND SET SETTING LIKE THIS
1. Service Enable: on
2 chose number of buttons: 3
3.Custumize Button action: select menu - search - home - search - back (See Figure 3). Then OK
4. Lockscreen: off
5. Lock animation: off
6. Button Position on screen: Bottom
7. Orientation: Horizontal
8. Invert Expand: off
9. Separate portrait: off
10. Button Colour: default
11. Button size: U CAN ADJUST IT BU URSELF BUT DEFAULT IS MEDIUM
12. Pullout button size: skip
13. Button opacity: skip
14. Pullot button opacity: skip
15. Remove pullout button: On
16. Vibration duration select: Off
17. Use proximity sensor: On
18. Dismiss on keypress: Off. done
THEN REBOOT IF THIS WILL GIVE FORCE CLOSE APP SO THEN OPEN TATINIUM BACKUP AND FIND VIRTUAL BUTTON BARS DO DATA WIPE AND SET THE SETTING AGAIN

EDIT: YOU ROCK MAN SOMKLL!! Now I dont need CM9 at all Working awesome Using just 3 MB of RAM !
Using proximity sensor is quite sick! Awesome tweak Love this one. No more usage of actual buttons This along with screen off and lock rocks!
Dude, anyway to change the black background of those icons to transparent?

Wait a minute... how come it uses 3mb on you... mine eats up around 10... will try again though... maybe it just decreases over time
Edit: still couldnt get it to go down to 3mb the lowest it gets is 5.9 mb

Im getting consistent 3.1 MB and sometimes ranges from 2.7-3.1

can anybody tell me where are the apks. when i downloaded i got zip files. then i extracted that zips but no apk inside it. there are so many folder inside. please tell me how to get apk to install.

just change the extension *.zip to *.apk.

Can you make it look like the real thing? As in there is a solid black bar on the bottom? Also a bad tutorial. Really bad tutorial.
EDIT-WTF?! The ICSNavibutton.apk keeps saying "not installed"!!!! Help please!!!

Make it bigger in settings. But I am not satisfied either. I want the actual black bar at the bottom that doesn't block any part if the screen.

yeah im not satisfied. what i want is to sacrifice a bit of screen.. i mean to embed it on the screen not by floating..

Well, if you guys dont like it so be it, but it just blocks a very little block of screen and is indeed fast responsive . Hold it and drag it to where ever you want. Its a pretty good one actually, if you allocate some amount of screen like ICS for only those buttons, the display part will be small as the phones display too small

The tutorial is perfect dude. Dont blame it. Read it and try again. I got it working on first attempt.

Why my navigation disapars for sometimes and then come back after long time automatically. Why it is happening with me though I have followed ur procedures as it is.
