My data signal on HTC EVO 4G LTE keeps dropping on and off. It doesnt matter if I am on CDMA or CDMA/LTE mode. I am located in Overland Park, KS and the 4g coverage is spotty here.
I opened a network ticket with the Technical support team. He checked my location, outages etc and concluded that it wasn't a network issue.
Then I found two more threads on cummunity.sprint.com with similar issues. I cant post URLs here due to newbie status, but if you search for 3g connectivity issues for HTC EVO, you will find them.
Per the threads, its not a device issue (swapped devices have the same issue). The OTA update that came out a few days before didn't fix it. A customer service rep also did a software reset of my phone, which didn't help either. So if its not network or hardware, then it has to be the software.
It very well could be that the HTC sense s/w has a faulty wake call for the data radio. Apparently, the 3G radio will be shut off after some time to save battery. The sleep or wake functionality in the HTC Sense for the 3G radio seems faulty.
Is there a workaround for this issue?
Install Mobile Signal Widget Pro.
I have it on mine and my device will show 3G but its stuck on 1x or the widget will show an exclimation point. Which is a data connection error.
I am in Dallas, an active LTE area. But LTE is spotty where i am at. I have noticed that if my device tries to connect to LTE it has problems going back to 3G.
Right now i am stuck with CDMA ONLY due to this bug. But i have still seen it happen a time or two, but less then when i had CDMA/LTE..
Also the only way to fix the data issue is by powering off my phone and turning it back on.
Hope this helps. I believe its a HTC / Sprint LTE bug that does need to get fixed.
Im jumping ship shortly to the GS3 if they dont resolve this.
I'm in Overland park as well. I had 4g on the 15th, although very slow and only outside. And now that isn't available. And the 3g is spotty. Always turning on and off.
It's the towers regardless of what they say.
I frequent an area that gets horrible 3g coverage despite what the spring map says. Sprint reps have given me every possible amount of BS as far as explanations. Yesterday, I turned on data roaming and after about 3 minutes, tapatalk finally loaded. Then another 3 min for a thread ro load, etc. After about 10, I had almost a 20% battery drain and my phone was about to overheat. I heard that while roaming on Verizon towers, we're only getting 1X. Is this true?

Its this phone for sure. I came from the Evo 3D and never had issues. The first day heading to work on this phone i noticed my 3g which always worked the entire ride and while at work, was spotty with this phone. I barely get 3g in work now. Pretty annoying. I'm using the new radios that came in the update and no change.
I had the same issue until I flashed xHausx's deodexed ROM, which includes the latest OTA fixes. That mitigated my issues, and the free Sprint AIRAVE they sent when I complained enough helped out considerably.

Happens to me!
If I turn on airplane mode and turn it back off the problem clears and goes back to 4g or 3g speeds.
I started experiencing this problem last night and I've yet to iron it out. I've tried several things. Looking forward to a fix. Going back to the OG or the 3VO in the meantime.
Edit: For those of you still experiencing this issue (FOLLOW THE LINK IN THE POST BELOW); as well as, those of you that encounter this ... I was able to get things back to normal w/resetting the device back to factory through ##72786#. After going through the activation process (or manually reprogramming your device) you should be back on track. Hopefully someone finds this helpful.

Something similar to this worked when I was having issues with data not turning on at all when on lte/cdma. But the issue we're seeing in kansas city here is just due to the work they're doing. It's just on n off all the time on 3g. And places where I had 4g, no longer do. The 4g I had was only pulling 1.5 down, so I think that's getting bumped up to what it should be.
I'm getting these data drops as well. I'm in Gaithersburg, MD. It was just announced that lte will be in Baltimore next month, maybe they are working on the network? I might swap this one for another but it might just happen again?
I had to reset my phone 7 times today to get data back.
Phone would drop from 4g to slooooow 3g, I turn on airplane mode and turn it right back off and BAM, 4g is back.
This is definitely a phone issue!
It's not a phone issue.. Notice how all of us seeing this are all in first run LTE areas. KC, Baltimore, Texas. We're all supposed to have 4g but don't, and the network is kicking on and off. swapping out for a new phone will not help.
It's the network, not your phone.
So after the 3.16 update, I noticed my phone was not picking up 4G. After pulling my hair out to figure out why, I traced the problem to the Sprint Connection Optimizer being disabled. Turn it on, 4G toggles on with it, turn it off, 4G toggles off with it. The previous version of the Sprint Connection Optimizer did not do this. To confirm my suspicions I reset the phone to stock and observed the same behavior.
This is quite the pain in the ass as I don't want my phone connecting to WiFi networks that I marked "remember". In addition, I don't need my phone connecting to WiFi at work (which I use for work purposes under special circumstance).
My short term solution is to forget WiFi networks but this is rather tedious. With the Sprint Connection Optimizer toggled off, I am essentially locked out of 4G. I pay for Sprint's service and I insistent on using as much of their/my bandwidth as I chose.
Can anybody else confirm what is happening. My area has relatively strong 4G coverage, to the point where seeing 3G would be a rare occurrence. I need to make sure this isn't a problem on just my device before I roam my way out of my contract.

Why would you not want to connect to WiFi networks that you mark remember?....jw
If you have the option of your local WiFi versus 4G most times I'd expect someone to want to go with the WiFi... Only time you'd want to not is in places where 4G was better connection, which in those cases I wouldn't want to mark said WiFi networks as remember...
Ill try to mess with it here see how it effects my stuff as were rolling 4G a lot now...

In most cases work wifi won't let you watch porn at work man. Total pain in the a$$. We should be able to toggle our own connections. I will say wifi is better on battery and generally faster. However there's potential risk on wifi that someone could access your device. Extremely unlikely but a possibility none the less.
In my area we don't have lte yet and the other day after installing MeanBean I saw 4G pop up in signal bar then went away then came back. Haven't seen it since. I was so excited but I shouldn't get my hopes up. Sprints been saying 4G for a long time and still nothing. Only reason I stay is unlimited data and I live the HTC evo line.
You have a better chance of winning the lottery 5 times than someone accessing/ hacking your phone over wifi without you knowing about it.
Also there are great wifi apps that tells you who is on the network your on at all times.

I have found that Comcast seems to throttle youtube traffic at certain times of the day, and I have a specific spot in my house where my wifi signal just completely drops (but still claims to be "connected.") I'm obviously going to want my phone to remember my home wifi connection, but I don't necessarily want to always be using it at home.
My situation may not be incredibly common, but it's a valid scenario where you may not necessarily want connection optimizer to run the show.

The optimizer isn't your issue there though, as the mere fact of having the network remembered in the phone will cause it to connect to it whenever within range.... Its the fact you have a remembered WiFi network saved and you want to override that in a specific location when still in range of the WiFi... In that case the only solution is to toggle it off when you don't want to use it at that specific location in your house...
Optimizers doesn't just force you to connect to your local network that's remembered as the WiFi being on will do that itself already...
Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2
You can try disabling Sprint Connection Optimizer and try purchasing Juice Defender Ultimate. If you use its location service, it will only turn on wifi in places that you turn on the wifi antenna and remember them. And if it turns it on, you just manually turn it off until its trained.
Anyone having issues with 3g data dropping or network always disconnecting, takes a while to connect

I had that problem with my sprint m9. Had it for a week with no problem then suddenly no data connect. No 3g or LTE for a couple days. Just Wi-Fi. I took it to a local corporate store and the best tech there eventually swapped out the sim and it's been connecting since. She told me sometimes the cards are bad from the start. Of all the phone's I've had that was a first for me.
Hmmm, mine seemed spotty today. A couple times I showed good 3G or LTE signal, but couldn't get data through.
Toggling airplane mode seemed to help.

so i had the same issue and when i got the new OTA the other day which has a new radio I think the data issues are even worse..
Try a profile update. I activated my phone in a non-sprint area and got really terrible 3g and NO 4g in known LTE saturated areas. Once I returned to my hometown I updated the profile and PRL and I instantly got LTE and the spark logo.

Yep I've had those issues since day 1. Occasionally the mobile data will disconnect, yet is switched on. Only toggling airplane will fix it.

I'm having similar issues.
So far, I tracked it down to this...
If I am on WiFi and then switch off, it will connect to LTE. At that time, some items such as Mail, Facebook, talking to Google, etc. quit working. It just times out. However, I can still browse the web and perform other functions. It will work if I switch back to WiFi or 3G, but so far it appears that I have to restart the phone to get everything working under LTE at that point.
Can others confirm this?

im having some similar issues. ill lose connectivity on LTE but it wont be disconnected from the LTE network, but switching to 3g or wifi works...ive narrowed it down to when I have a weak LTE signal. My house has always had a weak signal and thats where i notice it the most, I compared with my m8 and the signal levels are the same and connected to the same tower yet the m8 will work while the m9 acts like theres no connection at all, If i go outside and get a slightly better signal the m9 will work great.

There is also a discussion about the same issue over on the Sprint Community forum: https://community.sprint.com/baw/thread/204027
I have come across this as well, it's usually when I use more than 4 GB of data over sprints network. I sent a message to sprint telling them their service is shotty at times, never heard anything back yet but haven't run into data connect issues (since then). Also I've heard you can complain about signal strength and if you put in the time (going to supervisor to supervisor) they will send you a device to boost your signal. Or you can just pay for the signal booster device. This is just my opinion and what I have heard, don't quote Bubba

my data drops numours times a day and its getting pretty annoying, the phone constantly tells me i have lte but nothing works, browser, facebook, pandora, snapchat. Toggling airplane mode does nothing same with turning mobile data off and back on, sometimes updating the profile will work but man its driving me crazy!
Definitely a radio issue. We need a radio update bc this is killing the battery as well.

The issue is either hardware related, or possibly a radio handoff issue.
Has anyone swapped phones yet with a newer batch to see if it still occurs?

I'm constantly having the issue, and I've been advised to swap for a later release. My local stores are sold out, so I will advise once I have it swapped.
Any other possible solutions?
I did a swap myself and is not a hardware issues, I believe is the radio. I downloaded this signal check app to see what type of network connection is always on. I notice when connected on LTE, I have no problem. When it connects to 3g is where I have the issues especially indoors. It kinda tells me is connected in notification bar, but the network connection is stuck on 1xrtt.

My problem, and what I have read from most others is on LTE. It works on 3G and WiFi.
Would this affect Hangouts messages from not coming through? If I'm not on WiFi, I'm on LTE, and message notifications won't come through when off of WiFi. They of course come in fine on WiFi....
It's weird...I was sitting at my desk and my phone was jumping back and forth between Sprint 25 and 41 every few seconds...I did the profile update and now I'm solidly on 25 steady.
I've also seen jumps to Verizon LTE which is sort of my blowing.
Hoping this also solves the issue in a spot near my house that I was dropping data completely where before I at least had a useable 3G signal.
As some of you have probably read.
I gave up on the M9, mostly prompted by dropped calls, or calls going straight to voice mail.
I had the M9 replaced and gave it to my wife. It's been near perfect for her, she even dunked it and it's still running great.
My G4 is now doing the SAME thing. Although it has not dropped many calls, tons of calls go straight to voice mail.
Had a very important call this morning and even shutoff LTE, WIFI and Bluetooth and only had 3G on. And it went to voice mail.
The signal is not great, but should be fine for CDMA. Previous generation phones were fine (M8,M7, etc.)
I do see the signal bounce. Where it will be 3-4 bars one minute and none the next. The bouncing can be common in weak LTE (which is definitely weak).
But it's even bouncing with LTE off.
Even at home with two phones in the same location.
My wifes M9 will work, but my G4 will go to voice mail.
Where a couple months ago at home
My wifes M8 will work, but my M9 will go to voice mail.
Could their be something on the account that limits my phones? Like wrong bands or something. Not enabled for Spark but on a Spark Network.
As soon as Verizon gets the LG V10, I'm 99% sure I'm gonna switch. Don't know what else to do.
I don't really care for how locked down Verizon is, but I need a working phone.
This problem happens at multiple locations.
Any ideas appreciated.
I know this isn't specifically an M9 issue, but I know their are more experienced folks around here that might know something.
It is related to M9 TYPE phones though (Spark Generation 2-ish phones). It started when I switched from M8 to M9.
Upgrading my wife from M7 to M8 went fine and from M8 to M9 went fine.
Upgrading me from M8 to M9 went south and from M9 to G4 went south.
All SIM cards cam with respective phones.
All bought new.
All S-Off and/or rooted.
I may have found the answer. Read this !! It has to do with having WIFI on and phone going to sleep. Which is exactly what happens on G4 and M9.

I disagree...I'm using the opposite settings that he is saying to use & I've never had this issue (that I know of). Fix
------
The fix is to not have Wifi on when the phone is idle/sleep. change your Wifi settings below to the screenshot below.
Settings -- > Wifi -- > MORE -- > Advanced -- > "Keep Wi-Fi on during Sleep = Never"
I also have "Network notification" and "Always allow scanning" enabled.

Sprint did (in my opinion) a very poor job with how it handles calls. One of my favorite phones was the evo LTE which not only could do LTE and a call at the same time but if you weren't in 4G it could do SV-DO and work on 3G which it actually worked very well. Especially at the time when I had that phone, I hardly had 4G anywhere so being able to use data at the same time on 3G was great.
That said, that feature didn't stick around long. The m7 had a separate radio for LTE & 1X meaning you could surf at the same time because it had separate radios. This couldn't do 3G which was a step backwards however 4G was becoming more mature.
Fast forward to today and with your modern tri-band device while it supports multiple bands that the previous phones didn't, most people have no idea what that means they usually assuming if it's a 4G phone well then it's just that how is any different.
I have had plenty of people complain to me about calls going straight to voicemail or signal issues. Rather than having separate radios, Sprint just uses CSFB Circuit Switched fallback so when a call comes in, it lets the phone know via LTE and immediately switches back to 1X to grab the call. That said it's by no means perfect especially in a bad signal LTE area can cause issues. When I'm at home or work I usually set my phone to CDMA only since I have wi-fi there is no advantage to be on LTE, causes issues with calls coming through and wastes battery. Most users have no idea about what is actually going on so it's hard to explain to a friend why when a caller calls them, the caller might here 5-6 rings before the phone even goes off. Sprint's LTE signal frankly sucks in most places I go, even right next to the tower sometimes you won't get full signal.
Anyway if your wifes phone works fine in the same spot as your G and you are doing all your testing off of LTE and still having issues that tells me either you have a bad radio again or something is provisioned wrong. I would put the phone back to stock, reset the radio and reactive the phone then do some testing with calls off LTE again. If you still have issues at the point, I would swap the phone. My M9 is pretty good with CSFB, I haven't had too many issues with it but really I think it's a very poor solution how it works especially when your in a fridge LTE area with the phone bouncing in and out of LTE.
Once the network goes all LTE (god knows how long that will take) I think this will be a thing of the past but for now CSFB now it's here to stay. I don't see Sprint ever going back to separate radios like the previous gen phones as they would more likely be focused on voice over LTE instead.

It has not failed in 5 days since I flipped it.
It may depend on the WIFI it's on, IPV6 etc. I don't know.
I think this may have started the same time MMS started failing for SOME folks if WIFI was enabled. Disabling IPV6 on WIFI was a work around (which is disabled on your ROM).
But not everyone had this issue and depended on their router.
So their is weird sh$t happening due to Android changes.
I think this issue is related and not everyone runs into it.
I have had WIFI Calling setup, but disabled it on both M9 and G4 (because it's extremely unstable on every phone I've tried).
Not sure if that is part of it. Like my account knows it's WIFI Calling capable. But my wifes never had WIFI Calling setup, she also does not run WIFI at work. She's never had the problem (even with the same phone I had problems with).
Again I don't know the exact details, and this is not a fix. But disabling WIFI when asleep seems to have stopped it problem. But I need to go a bit longer to be 100% sure.
I've seen similar threads on many phones and carriers and many start off saying "Problem started with 5.x.x OTA update".
I think I was close when I thought it was the optimizer. And before I found that thread, I was testing with WIFI completely off (which also worked).
Something is a miss and there may be more "options" to cause the issue.

I'd blame gremlins yes, weird sh*t...and yeah, we still have ipv6 disabled in ROM for wifi

I know about the call switching for LTE and it sucks. But that was not it. I tried CDMA only and it did not fix it.
Disabling WIFI while sleeping is still working. Not one call has gone to voice mail at work in over a week. It used to happen 2-3 times a day.
I HATE disabling wifi while asleep though. I'd like to still get to the bottom of it.
I think some how it is doing something over WIFI when a call comes in, if WIFI is available. But when the WIFI is in power save mode something gets messed up.
The problem started on OMJ's ROM with IPV6 disabled. So it's not that.
The only thing common is Lollipop, Sprint and my WIFI locations (and a modern single radio triband phone).
I'd like to try getting "WIFI Calling" capability off my account. I think once you set it up once, it's enabled automatically on my account.
I will also say, if I do enable WIFI Calling, it's terribly unreliable. Maybe that's a hint.
The WIFI signal is solid and no issues using WIFI itself.

Having Wi-Fi calling provisioned on your account is just that, it just means if you enable wi-fi calling that your phone has the green light to connect and move forward with the server. That said if you keep wi-fi calling off the fact that it is still provisioned on the account doesn't affect anything at all if the service is not active.
If you only solution is disabling wi-fi while sleeping something in the rom is borked. Return the phone to 100% stock, hard reset it (including the radio) then try using it again. While again CSFB isn't perfect, if the phone is CDMA only you just shouldn't be having this kind of issue. If your not having issues with other phones in the same area with calls going to vm, you know it's not the network and something with the phone. If it does this on 100% stock after a re provision then you have a borked radio and the phone should be swapped. Which I have seen borked radios before, the wi-fi radio in the phone is totally separate from the CDMA/LTE radio.

Did that, returned to stock, same issue. Got Another M9, same issue, got a LG G4 same issue. Just signed up for T-Mobile (have not canceled Sprint yet). Two LG V10's. T-Mobile just announced a huge expansion on their network to cover areas that I needed with LTE (Sprint roams 1x Lakes Region and North in NH).

Not a bad play, Sprint's Network has come along way in the past few years but with CSFB and a crappy LTE signal is most places they still have a lot of work to do. One of the reasons I stay is my plan and they are pretty friendly towards rooting/unlocking for the most part.

The V10 was awesome. T-Mobile was extremely good at My work, My wifes work, Home and all places between. Speeds were 4-8x faster (seriously) than Sprint. Simultaneous Voice and Data VoLTE.
But what the map showed up in NH, didn't match reality at all. Sprint is pretty dismal too, but they at least Roam and you can get 1x or 3G from either US Cellar or Verizon.
But T-Mobile had nothing in the areas Sprints Roams. So I'm sticking with Sprint for now.
I've concluded it's a combination of weak locations, the requirement to switch from LTE to CDMA for calls, and something around that is complicated by WIFI while asleep. Shutting off WIFI or shutting it off while asleep definitely improved things but didn't eliminate it completely. Both phones (M9 and G4) are Qualcomm chips and probably have similar Radio Firmware. But it's overly complicated due to Sprint being a bit behind the ball with VoLTE.
I agree Sprint is not quite so tight on locking things down. T-Mobile is the least locked down, then Sprint, then AT&T then Verizon. I know Verizon would perform flawlessly. But the combination of expense and being so locked down keeps me away. T-Mobile price was really good 2 lines 10GB each, with Carry Over and free Music/Video streaming. And the V10 already had TWRP on day one. The G4 on Sprint does not have TWRP and probably never will. It is rootable, barely.
I convinced my Sister to switch to T-Mobile because she wanted an iPhone and I recommended she not Jail Break it. But she wanted Tether (I was rooting Androids on Sprint for her). She is very happy with T-Mobile. And she generally stays in Eastern MA.
We'll see what HTC does this next time around. But they really need to step up their game. The reception issue really isn't an "HTC" issue. It's a Qualcomm/Sprint issue in my opinion. It's a kludge and I think Sprint is the only one with this kludge.
Hi,
I have been experiencing a few issues with the 4G LTE on my LG V10 H901 (T-Mobile). What happens is this.
In Network mode I selected GSM / WCDMA / LTE Auto. This initially worked fine and could get a data connection. 2 days after, I noticed I couldn't get a data connection anymore, the 4G LTE icon at the top was displaying with a down arrow lit. So I went in the Network mode and checked my APN everything was ok. Decided to switch from GSM / WCDMA Auto where I got a 4G connection (icon 4G displayed at the top) and I finally got a data connection.. Changed it back to GSM / WCDMA / LTE Auto, and there I was back on LTE... I had to reboot my phone and that is when I noticed the same thing happened again!!! No LTE connection and had to first select GSM / WCDMA Auto to get 4G.. If I reboot with GSM / WCDMA Auto I get a data connection fine.. The problem only occurs when I have the Network mode on GSM / WCDMA / LTE Auto. Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?
Thanks
I would say it's a hardware problem with the phone I've had mine for a month i never touched network settings and the phone gets a better data connection then any phone I've ever had LTE pretty much all the time where other phones wouldn't maybe a factory reset would fix it worth a shot
The first V10 i got from T-Mobile had somewhat of a similar problem but with WiFi, it would connect but speed was horrible. And LTE isnt that great in my area either. I read around the forums and notice that many have done factory resets and that fixes everything. I did that and lowe and behold, it did. WiFi was fast again and LTE speed improved but still sucks....its my area, not the phones fault. For some reason, a reset helps.
However, I was still just 4 days in since I got my phone so I just went back and had them replace it. I just told them that the WiFi doesnt hold....they didnt really ask me tons of questions. I replaced it only because I am paying for the phone and me having to do a "fix" to make it work doesnt sound right...so I want a new good phone lol. The new phone worked fast from the get go...no reset needed.
Just got the V10 was having those wifi issues initially so brought phne back n exchanged for another 1 and this 1 workes fine but now Im having dropped call s inside my house ,verizon said no antenna issues i can bring phne back n replace for something else or another v10 but that is time consuming ,please anyone having drop d call s....I live Long Island NY so verizon overage is better then most carriers...INaNYmin...
I began having the exact same issue on Jan 16. Had the phone since Dec 25th, worked perfect. Then, all of a sudden, it began to lose LTE connectivity. At first I thought it was a down tower, but the problems persisted an eventually got much worse wherever I went. On a full charge the phone will behave normally for a while, but eventually it starts losing data connectivity altogether, cycling between 4G LTE, 4G, 3G, 2G, trying to connect. during this process the battery drains a lot, it never really connects, and sometimes calls and text messaging fail. Tried every network setting, soft reboot, hard reboot, safe mode, clear cache, factory reset....problem persists. T-mobile concludes it must be defective. We shall see. Awaiting a replacement.
Having the same issue. Looks like it's a common problem. Any fix for this yet?
I have a similar issue.
it always seems to find the LTE signal, however I have no data and the battery drains very quickly.
If I have it on GSM/WCDMA/LTE, it seems to have connection issues. However, the data will connect on GSM/WCDMA. Once I have data, then if I select GSM/WCDMA/LTE, and it will connect to LTE
It is a Tmobile version. I am using it on Bell (Canada)... however it works fine with Wind & Tmobile, with no issues.
I am hoping that this will be fixed with the Marshmallow upgrade.

Wind works on hspa not LTE. That's why it works. I've noticed that it works fine on hspa(4g) but when I put it on LTE(4gLTE) it works for a while then stops.

For me, Wind works fine on GSM/WCDMA or GSM/WCDMA/LTE
With Bell, it will not connect on GSM/WCDMA/LTE.
However, with Bell, if I put it on GSM/WCDMA, it will connect. Then if I change it to GSM/WCDMA/LTE, it will connect to Bell's LTE.
Occasionally, it will lose its data connection... and then if I toggle between GSM/WCDMA & back to GSM/WCDMA/LTE, it reconnects. This seems to happen once every 2-3 days
I don't know why it does this. It was actually very frustrating until I figured that out. I almost dropped Bell because I was not able to connect on LTE for the longest time!!
I just keep my Wind plan for the US roaming (on Tmobile LTE down there)

Yup exact same issue with me and that's how I resolve it as well I'm with koodo and I lose LTE. I was going to warranty this phone but I think it's a common issue.
I just want to quickly point out that I am seeing the exact same issue on Virgin Mobile (Bell). I also noticed that the performance of the phone decreases drastically when it is connected through mobile data instead of WiFi. Anyone else sees this and knows how to fix it?
Lg v10 t mobile no connection
I'm having a similar issue I get a 4G LTE signal but if I make a call once I end it I loose all signal including the bars it wont let me text or call it says network not available and it will do that till I travel a few miles. I'm not in a dead zone because it does it in the heart of the city and on the buisest streets in Tampa Florida then it will come back and sometimes I won't get a signal for a entire day out shoe have any solutions?

Hey,
I'm using this phone in Canada too, on Telus. Ever since the OTA update 2 days ago I've been having data connection errors over the network. Did you find a fix?

Last part of the modem software is not good. Even test elements. Sorry for my bad english for knowledge. LGUP software very simply . ( i have V10 960A Unlocked (Eu version) android 6.0 and T-mobile LTE )
