Possible brick need assistance

My phone will go to the bootloader and recovery but can't go further
The phone boots straight into the bootloader
I can then select to go into recovery
I go into recovery and it says it fails to mount sdcard and internal storage
I attempt to wipe or install anything and it fails
I attempted to run the RUU but that failed with error 155.
This issue started when I attempted to flash viper after wiping paranoid android.
After installing viper the phone rebooted with the screen top half being black and the bottom half showing the white htc screen. I thought it was an issue with the kernel so tried flashing liberty kernel. That appeared to install fine but after failing to boot up again I attempted wiping and starting fresh again and thats when the error where it was unable to mount sdcard or internal storage started.
Phone info.
S-ON
HBOOT 1.19
RADIO 1.12.11.0809
TWRP 2.3.1.0
So i am looking for possible next steps to take to correct the issue.
Nvm. Long late night and forgot to OEM lock before running the ruu.

[Q] HELP! Phone stuck on loading screen after root

Hi,
it's my first time rooting any android device, and a total noob in terms of flashing rom/kernels.
i have unlocked bootloader on HTCdev website. I used Hasoon2000s all in one root tool. I have flashed TWRP 2.3.3 and faux kernel.
now. i try to boot up my phone and it's stuck on the loading screen showing HTC. when i try to factory restore i goes in to recovery mode. In there somehow it says unable to mount internal storage and "/emmc'..
Please help. how do I get my phone to work again.
Thanks
Reuse the toolkit. Flash 4ext recovery. Flash a custom rom. Watch your phone successfully boot and thank me later
Dont worry about flashing a kernel, 4ext does it for you. You may get one reboot after splash screen, but it will boot after that

[Q] HTC Rhyme Boot Loop - Soft Bricked

I bought HTC Rhyme (Bliss) last week and I'm regretful !!! It worked perfectly till the night, when I put it on the dockstation to charge, but 15 mins later I saw it rebooting over and over and stuck on the green HTC logo !!! what people call soft brick or bootloop problem !!!
I tried factory reset, erase data and cache in recovery which didn't work.
I downloaded and installed RUU_Bliss_ICS_35_S_HTC_EU_2.14.401.2 from htcdev.com site, which didn't change anything. Also I flashed different boot.img , but no result.
I unlocked the bootloader using htcdev and flashed CWM 6 touch. Erased cache and dalvik, reinstalled RUU, didn't work!
I downloaded some custom roms for HTC Rhyme, but when I try to flash them in CWM, it says Can't open ... (bad) Installation aborted. !!! I changed the CWM to version 5, downloaded the roms again, but still the same error !!!
Flashed Dark side wipe cache and super wipe via CWM and installed RUU again, no luck !!!
Found the stock RUU (1.31.707.6) on a Russian forum, but I faced some difficulties downgrading !!! I got main version error at first, changed the main version using misc_version and then it said hboot version is older. I generated the mtd0.img , setup adb in CWM recovery and followed the instructions to flash it to the misc partition using flash_image, but it says failed with error: -1 !!! tried "dd if=/sdcard/mtd0.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p17" but still I get "hboot version is older" or "hboot version check failed" when I try to revert it back to stock rom.
I spent hours of time testing different methods (even the phone twisting method I found on youtube!!!) and I don't know what else to do !!! Maybe If I could flash a different rom or revert it back to stock i get rid of the damn bootloop !!!
Also I can't find s-off box for htc rhyme in the market...
Lol…i press retart on same phone and got boot loop

Can't flash ROMs in recovery.

Hi.
I'm trying to flash a new ROM on to my DX after being on the stock JB ROM.
Bootloader unlock went fine and the recoveries I've tried (TWRP 2.5.0.0 and CWM touch and non-touch versions) have all flashed fine.
But the recoveries aren't wiping or flashing properly even though they say the actions have been successful - factory reset/wipe works fine but I tried wiping /system/ and this had no effect, and neither does flashing a ROM - I've tried mySense, myOne and Fulmix and flashed the boot.img's with fastboot, but it has no effect on the phone - it just boots into stock with some of the apps from these ROMs added e.g. superSU. I can't get root on stock either.
Nandroid backups also fails immediately in all the recoveries I've tried.
The phone still works fine in stock at the moment.
In CWM there is an error which keeps appearing after actions and on boot:
Code:
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
I followed the instructions from this thread, and my laptop is running Lubuntu 13.04 (I have an Ubuntu 13.04 Live USB and Windows 7 in a VM if required).
Thanks in advance for any help.
You're using JB recovery for ICS hboot or vice versa. Which hboot do you have? For versions 1.24 and lower use a recovery for ICS hboot, for version 1.25... use a recovery for JB hboot, there are several (Philz Touch or neXus TWRP), just take a look in Original Android Development Section.

Use 4EXT recovery and enable the smart flash--your rom's boot images aren't flashing properly with s-on, and 4EXT works around that by pre-flashing the boot image. If you are using ICS based rom's, be sure to upgrade your phone to ICS FIRST, using the RUU.
You're doing well though--you're part way there.
