My gps loses connection after like a minute of navigation, it regains it but then it fades in and out. This never happened on stock, any ideas?

No problems here....
I'm running the nightlies (July 25th) and haven't had the same problem. Did you wipe cache & dalvik before flashing? If you were on a different ROM did you wipe Data (3x) and then flash ROM?

I wipe dalvik and cache every nightly. I came from stock and wiped dalvik, cache and factory reset

You need to wipe data. Wiping the system doesn't get rid of the data partition.
Try using super wipe?
wipe
yes you need to do a full wipe and use a super wipe tool and then flash rom

Try full wipe and then flash again. Same happened to me, and wiping helped.

I wiped everything, /data, /system, cache and dalvik cache.
Or maybe try wiping just cache and dalvik cache first and see if that helps, and then try full wipe.

Icy-S download confirmation

I am currently running the leaked ICS 4.0.3 and sense 3.6 rom. I want to flash Icy-S v10.0. To flash the rom will i have to wipe data, clear cache and dalvik, flash, clear cache and dalvik once more, set up play store, and clear cache and dalvik again. I'm new to rooting and flashing and I'm just confirming

when rebooting on pac rom

i keep getting system ui stopped blame split screen
Sounds to me the possibility you dirty flashed???
Unless you go clean, reminents of previous roms can cause these issues. If you go super clean and still have problems, I would re-download file and try again.
Honest guess, you went dirty.
Many folks flash rom 2 times then gapps as a phone can react differently from each flash.

Boot and wait your 10
Reboot again.
That is super clean right there my friend, and I rarely, rarely have issue. If this doesnt work, then it just may not be for your device. I couldnt run Carbon on mine.
Just the way it is sometimes
