Can't wait to check it out.

Ics with Xperia S apps a few jb apps and badly edited buildprop.
No disrespect to maxworks for the effort of porting, just the original Rom.

Yeah title should be changed to 4.0.4 imo.
But thanks Maxworks for porting another rom

Man, how do you have will to do that, I don't get it. I don't think there is section on XDA where you didn't post "your kind" of posts and you have 1000+ of them, wow . Sometime I think you are some kind of bot
sorry for OT, I really had to

It's supercharged by default on install so runs well for stock based, but it's no where near source based Roms

[ROM] [ICS] MIUI 2.4.6 Neo/NeoV

MIUI 2.4.6 ICS
This is a port from the ARC S based on the Official Sony ICS Beta
Kernel is working on [email protected] by default. Use SetCPU or CPU Master if you want to change it.
You can use Inteks and Night-Elf kernels for ICS too.
Works: Everything
Known issues:
- you can find some freezes if you use SmartAss or SmartAss2. Use Ondemand Governor
- Neo users may find too much green on the photo. I can't find right fix for that. I have one with correct photo, but flash doesn't work on it. (Fixed with camera fix)
Kernel is inside of the archive.
ROM Download: http://www.mediafire.com/?8cl3wq0b2lk0de4
Camera fix: (Everything works fine now)
NEO V only: camera fix for NEO V
NEO only: Install camera fix for NEO V 1st and only then install Camera fix for NEO (it's important)
How to install:
- Bootloader must be unlocked.
- Phone with .62 FW on it.
- Copy .zip with ROM to your SD-card
- Copy .zip camra fix if you use NEO V
- Unzip boot.img file from the ROM to the any folder on your HDD and flash boot with fastboot.exe or FlashTool
- reboot and enter to CWM
- Make all wipes (wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache)
- Install ROM via Install zip from SD-card command.
- Install fix camera for NEO V if you need the same way
- Reboot.
Sorry for my poor English.
To Admins: I miss that Mr.ZduneX25 is already post same ROM. I'm sorry for the double-posting. Delete it if you wish as I can't
But the voicesearch is fixed in this ROM In contrast to ZduneX25's ROM

Smart Xperia™ ROM JB/ ICS is a Xperia Jelly Bean ( 4.2.1 ) style custom ROM for all 2011 Xperia HDPI devices. It's based on stock ICS 4.0.4 - 4.1.B.0.587. This ROM is fast, stable, smooth ever and integrated Xperia Jelly Bean lockscreen and small apps into main ROM. I recommended 100 % no bootloop issue after you performed factory reset. Do you know what's features on this ROM ?. I have included some Jelly Bean features such like Google Now, Adreno JB drivers that made it smoother as silk and Easter Eggs. So, It has more features from Sony such as Walkman, Album and Movies that I included on this ROM also I've tried to implement some apps from Xperia T Jelly Bean and still included some apps from Xperia S/T and V, So, another one is Xperia Z style framework and themes that I integrated this to make looks like Xperia Z or Xperia Jelly Bean. Do you want to know this performance ? It's tweaked, better battery life, perfect multitasking and RAM management is raised. This ROM is guaranteed for gaming. Wow !!. If you install it, I'll give you some options in AROMA. choose stuffs that you want or accorded from your devices. Let's INSTALL !!! Why did some Xperia devices like normal Arc and normal Neo must be flashed by Arc S and Neo V ftf before installing this ROM ?
- Because, This ROM has a used memory of system partition is 360 MB or 370 MB. So, you should flash arc S ftf into normal arc if you use normal arc and you should flash neo V into normal neo if you use normal neo. In case. It will give you 420 MB of data memory and 419 MB of system memory for both.
What would I do, If I got a battery drain or lag ?
- Change kernel that I recommended in above
I want to use Location Based Wi-Fi, Where is a Location Based Wi-Fi ?
- In Settings > Wireless and Networks > More > Location Based Wi-Fi
If you want to change theme
- Go to Settings > Display > Theme
If you want to activate Xloud and Clear Phase when using Walkman
- Don't activate Xloud in Sound Enhancement. But, in Settings > Sounds

Hello, I'm back to try the full install of this rom, but installing the second part, constantly restarts.
I have reviewed the origins of the unknown, I have made the corresponding wype.
My phone is xperia neo v with locked bootloader and when I go to cmw (which is installed with the rom) does not recognize the phone.
If I'm under the X-parts of the play store, it works.
If I do not install the second part I'm missing something?
the problem comes when you install the second part.
Yes, you missed this. So, you must install second part as well. One more, tick unknown source in settings > security, go into CWM, wipe dalvik cache and then install second part carefully. In case, you got NXT Lockscreen and small apps port. so, if you don't install second part, you might use AOSP lockscreen
Sent from my LT15i using xda premium
thanks for the responses.
about what to enable Unknown sources were enabled to enter CWM and did wipe dalvik cache before installing, I tried it again before and after and nothing.
At first, had you tried to install both parts at once?
Or 2nd part after one boot?

While connecting your phone to your pc keep the menu key on your device pressed. That will enable you to connect it in fastboot mode. After that you can flash a custom kernel with cwm through flashtool.

Hit thanks if i helped.
Btw which rom do you want gb/ics/jb. I am listing some of my personal favourites you will find them easily in the neo v development section. The steps to installation are also there in the respective roms, if you still have some problem you can first try to find the solution by reading the thread or else post your question on respective threads or pm me. Happy to help. The roms i like are
1. SJB 4.1.2
2. Mike's LegacyXperia rom CM10.1/10.2
3. DarkDefenders's rom based on LegacyXperia 4.2.2 ( Currently discontinued)
4. Ultimate HD rom (ICS)
5. Xperia Slim (GB)
These many would be enough to confuse you.

Yes install fusion 5.4 kernel it has cwm in it.
For cm10.1 use the kernel inside zip.
Look into the sticky threads you'll find how to unlock your bootloader. Do it via the official sony site. For more details on any of the roms visit respective threads.

i unlocked my bootloader and rooted, now for flashing of kernels and roms the options look like this
1. copy super jelly bean and gapps to sd card
2. flash any jb kernel for neov via fastboot.. i recommend fusion kernel 5.4 (present inside the zip file )
3.[OPTIONAL] flash stock ics .587 ftf excluding kernel and simlock.ta files..
4. boot into recovery
5.full wipes
ie :
wipe data / factory reset
wipe cache partition
wipe dalvik cache
in mounts and storage , wipe system , data and cache
6. flash Super Jelly Bean
8. only for neo (mt15i) users flash patch
7.flash gapps : use this link : Gapps For SJB
8.reboot
9.enjoy
I CANT GET THE 3RD POINT!! where can i get ics.587 ftf file??
Skip that point. Won't cause any trouble. Even if you want to, search for it in the development section. There is a thread which has all the stock firmwares. Download it from there. Turn off your phone. Move the downloaded ftf file to firmware folder in flashtool folder on your pc. Open flashtool, click on the flash/bolt icon/button. You will get two options choose flash mode. Select the ftf file and follow on screen instructions. While flashing the stock ftf uncheck the kernel and simlock files. Once the progress bar reaches 100% go ahead with other steps.
This must be looking so confusing so u can skip this.
