This is a strange one. I just noticed it today but it wasn't happening a few days ago. When I try to call my sister's home number which is in the same area code I get a message saying the call can't be completed at this time. If I call her cell phone the call goes thru. If I call another landline in the same area code the call goes thru. If I call her home number from my landline the call goes thru. Any ideas what is going on here? There is no kind of call blocking on her home phone.
Update: If i dial 1 + the area code and number it will go thru.

I understand I may have just enough service for the "T-Mobile" to be displayed, but not enough service to display 1 full bar. Here's where I'm confused.....
"Searching" w/ 4 bars
I don't know how many times I've shown 4 bars and tried sending a text only to have it fail right away. IMO, if my phone is searching for signal, it shouldn't be showing any bars.
This is only happening at work where I have horrible signal. At home is no problem.
ok i use my sgp5 for everything(entertainment,browsing,calling,and texting) now so i been thinking how awesome it would be to text from go sms from my goolge voice number. i have already downloaded it and when i call someone from within the app it takes me to groove ip which is awesome. also when i signed up for go chat i received a message from go chat (im wondering how). bottom line i am just trying to turn my sgp5 into a semi phone. Any information would be useful.

As far as I know, Google Voice doesn't give the API's necessary for external clients. You'll have to use the GVoice app itself.
I've a weird issue with these call logs, they have wrong year and time information, i've reset the device multiple times.
Still unable to fix the problem, because of these none of the incoming call records are getting saved.
Any idea how to fix this?

I've moved on. 2017 was too much for me
It's just on call log. Normal's date is OK?
Did you have an auto setting for date, or manueal. Did you try to change it?
Can be related to an error of your carrier if auto...
Issue: When I try to call someone, the calling screen doesn't show the in call timer, hold button, and add call button when the call is answered. This happens when I try an HD call and a non-HD call. I am attaching a screenshot. Things are fine when someone calls me.
ROMs tested: Pixel Experience (both AOSP & CAF), Resurrection Remix, crDroid, ViperOS- before and after flashing GApps.
Network: Reliance Jio India.
