Hello, after a month of use and after I viewed other galaxy s3 phones have come to the conclusion that mine is not well. It has much more lag and it's performance while playing games is awful. My question is, do you think that Samsung technical service will accept this and repair it or will they say that it is just my perception of the phone?
thank you
What firmware version are you on?

You should really try installing custom roms, kernels etc. All these will take full advantage of what siii has to offer. It should improve by leaps and bounds!

So guys i was surfing through youtube, and then I came across this on youtube, Razr vs S3.
Now we all know Razr is no competition for S3 but after watching this video aI am very proud of My Razr and I am sure you all will be .
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25xL34ybAfk&feature=plcp
The Galaxy S3 didn't shine in my eyes so Razr It is.
Samsung galaxy collection always sucked and will suck.
Razr for the win.

Dan: I disagree. I had the sgs1 and the support on here and other sites was huge. And the ability of the device was good also. The fact that nexus s will be getting 4.1 means the sgs1 will probably get a port. The sgs2 and 3 are evolutions of the original and although the samsung build quality isn't as good as moto, they are still great devices.

RAZR looks better. that, for me, is good enough.
edit: but, boy, that live wallpaper must've sucked a bit of battery juice, doesn't it?
I owned the Vibrant and the SGS4g and they were both slow as hell. I know the S2.and S3 are much better, but for me my Maxx us the best phone I have ever owned.

Nice. I7500 is a mid range phone no? Would explain your frustration with the speed. I'm looking forward to when we have custom kernels so we can truly unleash the beast.

Nothing can make i7500 run like a beast, even not over clock.

When I exchange to the one s, I'm obviously restoring back to stock via Odin but there is no way of resetting flash count. Would this cause an issue with t-mobile? This phone has way too many connection issues and the one s when I had it for a few days did awesome, unfortunately I jumped on the band wagon.

try return it and see...i have not have troulbe with connection, must be that specific phone or your area
Definitely not my area. Had the one s for a few days and reception was insanely strong. Bought the phone from customer care over the phone.

Would a specific Rom cause issues? I just flashed back to stock and it seems more stable.

Thanks for the help. But with a device that cost this much we shouldn't have to deal with things like this

Still going strong on stock Rom factory restored. I still have about 13 days to decide.

Sacrifice signal strength for better hardware, its how it works. Get the crappiest flip phone in the world and it will have good signal strength if that's all you care about in a phone.
They're not going to check the counter. I can assure you.
How is gsm3 better hardware it's almost identical to the one s minus the screen and sd card and removable battery. I'm not bashing, I have the gs3 in my hands.
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda premium
Sorry for this but its another one of these.
How do you like this phone? In terms of shape and design especially because I'm considering moving from a galaxy s2.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda app-developers app
good while it lasted. 1 of the telecom in Singapore has phase out XS, hopefully it mean XSL though
Was it ever laggy for you?

Just wanted to get some opinions on the new nexus 4 and see if anyone else is gonna grab it since is at a reasonable price.... or is the note 2 the way to go....and also which well have great dev support???
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
There is an entire forum area dedicated to the N4, why not ask there instead...
I'd say Note 2, removable battery, bigger screen, SD CARD, removable back, S PEN.

Well the Nexus 4 and the GN2 are two different types of phones I thought. Plus it depends what you're looking for.
Something with pure power....speed and lots of roms

.....just to say it is refreshing to see someone have the decency to apologise. Good man
I am so confused to whether go for the galaxy note because of it's enormous screen but
according to others on web galaxy note is a bit slower/laggy than the galaxy s2.
Some people on a forum said that this lag is due to its GPU because it has to handle a lot of pixels
what should be your suggestion..........?
Thanks for reading please reply as well
Go and post in N7000 sure you'll get a lot of replies

gnote is horrible laggy compared to s2 (CM10.1), i just flashed a linaro build -03 optimization w/e on a friend's note(CM10.1) =P
but ram is always around 400~500mb, and the gpu has a lot of work to do for that big screen, it might not be that bad

go ahead the devices are identical besides the screen
yeah its a tad slower because of the higher pixel screen but the S pen makes up for the lost performance
