Hello.
I am making this thread, because there are too many roms here and I can't find out which one to pick.
I want some stable ICS rom for my Mini ST15, because I am tired of waiting for the official ICS, and I would also want to have the additional settings to turn off the auto brightness...

wtf man
dude, not cool, there is a specific area to post those questions. also, i find your lack of curiosity very sad, so i shall give you an example, if you actually believe there are "Omg, 2 many f******ing roms" , why dont you take a trip to the Maguro Gsm Galaxy Nexus thread, hahaha, you will really have a good time there dude. btw, just to show you, i succesfully downloaded and have a nice collection of all the jb roms and kernels listed for the nexus.
Dont be so damn lazy, explore, experiment, and finally enjoy
PS. i also did that with my xperia mini pro's roms and kernels

I tested that and I can say it's very nice. But I found some bugs on my side. I mean they may or may not happen to others. The most important one was that none of the galleries updated themselves whatever I tried. Another was that it made my internal memory fully full! Even with L2SD active.

Are there any Greek users who are willing to test a Greek keylayout for ICS/CM9?

I would call it development, as this is the first time that mini pro users will be able to use the Greek keylayout... and it will possibly get included in the next version of FXP (CM9).
I could have posted it in the FXP thread, but there is a bigger chance that more Greek would be able to test it with this thread.
Still it is NOT a development thread. Its a mod. Hence its place is in the Apps section not the development thread.
Although If you manage to make it, along with other languages you should then post on the FXP thread itself, or send a PM to them.
If it were a global mod, like the Live button on the LWW, then sure. But this is FXP mod only.(at least thats what I get from what you say)

No it is not only for FXP, it is going to be included with FXP, but it is going to work with all CM9 based ROMs in here.
This has nothing to do with an app...
If you do not think that this has anything to do with development, report it to the moderators... do not SPAM or you will get reported in stead.
I didnt say it's an app. It's a mod. Mods belong to the app section just like the quickpanel mods etc etc. If you cant understand that, just because you want a spot in the development section, then be my guest. When did valid arguments become "spam"? It's a forum everyone is entitled to their opinion, and thats what im expressing.

It is development. No discussion about that!
If i had opened the thread noone would complain oO
On XDA development is if you created something, so he created the keymap file which means that it is development.
Also we dont want to discuss it here. If you think its not development just hit the report button.
The meaning of this thread is that someone should try the keymap and not discussing about whats development and what not.
Regards
Thank you Andreas
I just wanted someone with the real keyboard to test it, just to make sure that it is working 100% as it should.

Hi There,
First of all I am a currently proud owner a htc one x and have flashed every android phone i've had. A friend of mine has a galaxy s2 and wants me to flash it for him, i need everyones opinion on which rom has the best:
1. battery life
2. performance
3. stability
I obviously can't try all the roms so i'm relying on your opinions as to which would be the most stable
thanks in advance
Cody.
PLEASE! Read the damn rules before posting stuff like this! It's the first thread, so why ignore it??

There is no best rom or kernel, because it is totally subjective. Try them out yourself.
I will report this now.

Still totally subjective. Some people like stock and their features, other people prefer AOSP and there features, etc. Try a few of them after reading at least 10 pages of the threads to get a global idea about peoples opinion of the rom, and then make your decision.

The most popular ROM right now is Jelly Bean 4.1.2.
Which Region? That's the whole point, try them out & see for yourself.

can anyone port omni rom for canvas hd as its specs is similar to Oppo R819
WHY?
Why do you guys post requests in the Development section.
First of all this post belongs to General or Q &A section.
Still If you want to post it in development section to make it visible to the DEV, your thread title is totally misleading.
After watching your title, I thought that some one is successfully ported OMNI rom to our device.
Such a misleading thread.
Before posting make you post it in right way and in right section.

Omni Rom is for Kitkat 4.4. Canvas HD have not even got 4.3. So do some search and then post. This is wrong section. I have reported this to moderators. It is now marked with your id. More such posts will ban you from XDA for sure. Take care.
