Currently on build 32. I'd like to upgrade to milestone 6 but I'm not sure what all I need to do? It says update to devil up build in installation, is the devil kernel in the rom or do I need to instal the kernel before the update? Thanks.

You can follow section 8 of droidstyles guide to install the devil kernel. You flash the kernel after you flash the rom. You can also flash steves ms6 which has the devil kernel already included, but it is an older version. The newest kernel version is available from this thread.

Hi I currently have the newest version of Entropy's Daily Driver kernel installed, I'm on 2.3.4 stock rom. Is there a CWM 2.3.4 stock kernel that I can flash? Any help would be great.

Why would you want stock over Entropy's? Entropy's is vastly superior...

You actually want to go to creepy's download repository. It's there.

The stock kernel in my Download Repository is bone stock.
The only stock kernel with ClockworkMod Recovery that I know about is the one prepared by codeworkx on Oct 2, the day the phone was released. Find it here.

I don't believe there is a CWM flashable zip of just the stock kernel. I only packaged the stock kernel into a tar because people wanted to remove the yellow triangle with it. But you can flash the tar with odin, no worries about the flash counter or yellow triangle. Or with Mobile Odin. Or you can flash the zImage with terminal, or with adb.

You should read codeworkx OP. He says it is compiled from sources. This was posted on October 2, so I don't think the sources were from at&t, but probably modified by codeworkx from I9100 sources. I'm not a developer myself, so I might be missing some info here.
But I do not think his kernel is one pulled from the I777, so it is questionable whether it is exactly like a stock I777 kernel in every respect. As far as I know, there have not been any problems reported using it. You could read through the whole thread to check.
is it possibile find kernel stock of last leak in cwm?

On his blog post, it says to use the packaged recovery to flash his ROMs (CWM 6.X.X.X) but I prefer TWRP. Has anyone attempted to flash them with TWRP?

Error status code 7 when flashing ROMs usually means the install script failed an assert when trying to determine if you have the correct model of phone that the ROM is intended for.
Where did you download the copy of CM10.1 from? Are you sure that it is for your model of phone? According to your signature, you have an I9100. Are you sure you didn't download CM10.1 for I9100G, for example?

This is because your likley using Philz kernel for leaked JB.
To flash other custom roms you will need to change kernel back to a previous ICS or JB kernel like Siyah.
Flash the kernel (.tar version) via ODIN/Mobile ODIN.

Thx, I didn't know this about Philz... Mainly because I'm avoiding JB until Samsung releases an official version.

But I'm not using philz kernel, I never flashed it..
I just flashed this leaked firmware few days back.. That's it!!
Anyways, but most of them say to not use siyah kernel with cm 10.1... Rather use dorminax kernel with it, what you say about it?

Hey
Flash dorimanax but don't boot and then flash cm10.1

Just flash the kernel in your current TWRP recovery. No wiping is necessary and you won't lose any rom data.
I'm with stock rom 4.3 (GNA8) and Boeffla Kernel 5.3 beta5
I want to test UltimaROM v17.0 Diablos BETA. The Boeffla Kernel for this rom is "Samsung JB 4.4.x kernel" version right?
Yes, use this one

Thank you.
Should I first install the kernel or the rom? Because I have a kernel for 4.3 and will install a rom 4.4.
You need V6 of Andi's kernel. First install the ROM and let it boot. There were issues with the cam when using a custom kernel without opening the cam with stock kernel one time after boot >> open cam one time, see if it works and then reboot to recovery and flash boeffla kernel. Then you are done.

Do you mean install a stock kernel, install ultimarom and then install the boeffla kernel v6? If so, what stock kernel do you suggest?
http://boeffla.df-kunde.de/sgs3/boeffla-kernel/Series 6.x (JB 4.4.x)/6.0/
or beta
http://boeffla.df-kunde.de/sgs3/boeffla-kernel/Test_jb44/
Andi is Lord Boeffla's real first Name
Stock kernel is the standard kernel which is included in UltimaRom and will be installed when you flash the ROM . Just install the ROM and let it boot after finishing.

Right
Wasn't a good combination for now. Crashes and excessive heat
