After that go to sammobile.com and download stock rom you need.

You don't need to flash any kernel to ROOT in ICS.
Use any of these methods:

You could have also actually read post 1 of the CF-Root thread. There are instructions on how to select which file to use.
I know, it's buried under a heading that says "Help! Which file do I use ?", so that should make it pretty tough to find.

I need to install JB 4.1.1 and also root the phone. I've a Samsung which I can use Odin to flash the firmware and also root it.
For this MT6575, I just don't know where to start as I cannot use the download key combo.
