My niece forgot her lock screen code AND email she used for the player -_- and she's now locked out. Is there any way to do a hard reset of the player without having to unlock it?

You can access to recovery and wipe data from here. How to access it? You can try (when turn off) power with vol+ and home or just power with home.

If you can get into recovery mode (shut off phone, once its off then hold power, volume UP and home button together until the Galaxy s I9100 splash screen shows, then immediately let all buttons go and it will take you into recovery) from there you use the volume rocker to make selection and home key to enter selection. There is an option to factory reset in this recovery menu.
Hope that helps...
Thanks for the reply but the problem is the screen has broke so it wont display anything.

Maybe you can get a MHL adapter and plug it on your TV, I wonder if it works if its on recovery mode.
Hi,
Thank you for samsungdive.com website. Couldn't find this.

goto recovery
press VOL DOWN twice, press power button
press VOL UP 5 times, press power button
Would it not be easier to flash a stock firmware via ODin .
Vol Down + Power + Home wait a second or two then volume up .
Connect cable and flash stock or original rom .

This is not a complete wipe or reset, is their a dial-er code like the note 1? The "Factory Reset" dose just about nothing, proven by the app "File Manager". If you do a factory rest after it loads up and you finish the set up, go to the play store and download the free app File manager, open it and click the menu icon (bottom left) and click storage analyses, and WA-LA you will see all your old apps, and any pictures saved in the phones storage! I would hope their is a real hard reset like in the note 1s, dialer code. Can anyone please help!
Go to settings > storage > Format USB storage and everything stored on your internal memory will be gone.
I for one don't get why there is help being posted for a thread that was over 6 months old out of no where

It is better for a newb to search and post on an older thread than start a new one. Right? Info is just as good today as it was six months ago. And it seems he wanted help and was not giving it out of nowhere. Why respond in a thread if you are not even intending to help but just flame?

Well... If you just want to by pass the screen lock then you do not have to delete the lock screen. Just go to Settings->Security-> and select None for Screen Lock.

That's weird, it works on my Galaxy SII. It doesn't seem to be working on my YP-G1, though. Anyways, I believe right now the only was is to rely on those apps.

This one supposedly is the most stable, although i dont know about the rebooting issue with this one.

The original Rom can be found here, if you can flash it then it might work again, I was playing around and turns out this tablet has root out of the box, with no superuser to govern its use maybe this is causing issues

Goclever A93.2 Bootloop
Sorry if this post is dead or problems are sorted but I am new to this site
I have just got and sorted 2 A93.2 tablets.
Switch the tablet off
Press and hold volume up and power until the full screen Goclever logo appears
let go of power button while still holding volume until the Android robot appears on his back with the red triangle appears
again press the volume up until the options menu appears (It may take a minute or two)
When options menu appears use volume up and down to select wipe data and factory reset, press the power button to accept the options that come up
Now wait for tablet to reset back to factory default settings and Android should reboot and load
Hi!
I've had my S6 Edge couple of weeks now, and haven't found a solution to this problem. I have several Bluetooth devices, and all of them have the problem. The problem is that whenever I play music through Bluetooth, it's a continously lag. Plays for about 10-15 sec break 1 sec, repeat...
Anyone else with this problem or a solution?
Hi
1. stop bluetooth app
2. clean cache & data of bluetooth app
3. reboot phone
4. reconnect your devices
if that wont work
do 1., 2. & 4. and then wipe your phones cache (start phone and press vol-up & power & home-button simultaneously..)
that worked for me.
regards
jb

My problems were fixed in the first update I received after posting this issue.. sorry for not updating...
What seemed to be the problem for me was energy saving settings... Whenever i used energy saving (not the ultra one), the issue appeared...
Have you tried simply delete your bluetooth devices from phone and reconnect?

I have a similar issue with the sound cutting out when using my car stereo but this only happens if I increase the volume on the phone past the red line. The issue is that I have to, otherwise I won't hear much in the car stereo, even when the stereo is at full volume.
i recall back in my WM6 days there were certain A2DP settings that could be changed to get a better and more reliable sound out of BT. I'm sure I can change the same settings in Android, but I don't want to root and trip Knox.
