I have not tried, but if we change build.prop to make Play Store think It's a Sony Smartphone Xperia™ Z, will it download and work? Have anyone tried?
Android 4.0 (ICS) and above is required for its operating environment, and I use GB, but if it works on our LDPI, I think it would be worth upgrading to ICS or JB :good:
Is there an app similar to "walkman" on Xperia Z? I got a port of walkman but its not fully functional as you cannot log in to sony network on a non-sony phone.

Thinking about having Z2.Never had Sony mobile before.
So I need some info HOW Media content (music, video, pictures) streaming/sync works on Sony mobiles (Walkman or something else)?
Does Sony offer something like Google`s Play Music service, which I am currently and happily using for having while on the move all my Media files from my PC to my mobile without the need to transfer any of them manually?
I am asking if SONY has something similar on their own for their Experia mobiles?

You'll be able to continue using Google Play Music on the Z2 if you want. Sony does have their own Walkman service, but I don't know how it works. My guess is that Google's is better and you will want to continue using it.
