Xperia Sourcecode - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Is there anywhere another official download portal for the sources of Android @ Sony ? i have the strange feeling that "http://developer.sonymobile.com/wportal/devworld/search-downloads/android? " is very incomplete.
No Sources for .184 (Xperia N) as example.

There are no system sources, only kernel.

[FXP] [ROM] ICS SDK port - 90% complete

It's obvious that people here can't read.
Let me, as a member of FXP team, explain the state of FreeXperia Team's development on MSM7227 devices.
MSM7227 devices include:
X8
W8
X10 Mini
X10 Mini Pro
Now, let me re-quote FXP's post explaining MSM7227 development state.
FXP said:
hy all
sorry for our lag in updating this device
msm7x27 cpu is tool old and wont work with new rom so development on those older devices has been stoped
we will release FXP043 next monday with all that we have fixed and this will be last rom
in the future if new fixes are available we will update but there well be no weeklies for this device

OK, did you read this? It says: in the future if new fixes are available we will update but there well be no weeklies for this device
Yes, that means, when FM and camera will be fixed, ROM will be updated here. But MSM7227 platform is now too old to be maintained weekly.
You can clearly read it here:

Thank you FXP team for all you have done for msm7x27 phones.
I think it's about time to move to another phone,Xperia Neo for example.
I just have 1 question,SE said that it'll send some code to fix the camera, when they send it will FXP release rom with working cam ?

@WARR10
thanks for your kind words and totaly adree
but try to look a litle at the whole FreeXperia Project
we develop for all Xperia devices line and now there are 15 devices
we can not simply maintain all devices and oldest ones will not even work on android 4.0 wich will be released soon so we stopped development
@ my contribution
i realy dont remember what i contributed probably nothing, i just took others binary libs and pushed them in my roms =)
@semc
as long at semc discontinued those old devices and bootloader is locked we can not expect too much suport from them, and this is normal
FXP042 is released
PLEASE STOP FLAMING
monday after releasing FXP043 i will close this thread

Information about development is here:
FM radio: MSM7227 and most of new 7x30 devices use TI12xx W-LAN chipset.
When FM will be fixed on 7x30, it will be fixed on 7227 too.
Camera: camera takes a lot of time. Sony promised to give binaries compiled for 2.3, but right now they're silent. It's unknown will it be fixed or not. You can take camera libs and apk from GDX if you really want full camera on official CM7.
And a small note: for God's sake, f*ckin' stop with crying smilies in every second thread. XDA admins should remove it, IMO.

Start by editing stock ROM files, so that you can understand how Android works etc.
And of course, learn from mistakes.

Thank you, but I'd like to ownload source code
There is no source. Just take stock ROM and then edit it as much as you want.
If you have stock ROM on your phone, just pull system folder via ADB and start editing.

You can learn how to create a custom rom Here
i think you could get the CM source, don't think sony will release their sources.

The ROM sources aren't avaliable. The Sony ICS based roms aren't source based. The creators just tweaked it, so people can use it faster.
Try this it has useful informations

[DEV]CM 10.1 xperia x8 development

Hey xperia x8 users and devs,
I try to build a clean CM 10.1 on my PC
The CM 7/9/10 development thread seems a bit overloaded and I want to collect all neccessary facts, when I try to build CM 10.1.
What will be needed here?
- Manifest files for build a clean repository (which devicetree, display libs ...)
- Which patches were used?
- Kernel configs and additional kernel driver
What will be the aim?
- Get a functional CM 10.1 on xperia x8 with most of the hardware features
Builds for testing pruposes will be posted here in this dev thread.
This thread is aimed for development purposes not for whishes like "Can you make feature xyz working?". It is the main task to get most of the things on xperia x8 working like cam, camcorder, Bluetooth, GPS, WIFI , SD-CARD.

Some time ago, was trying to port the 2.6.39 kernel from ZTE for android 4.2
Compiled but could not boot, and t MSM shakira/delta board fully ported into kernel
something was missing.
and to make a compilation of 4.2.2 need legacy libraries for old binaries
and build using miniphone and not fullphone in the configs.
u can read from here
https://github.com/androidarmv6
rom boot, but need more power into kernel
So now that you have done?
i'm compiling jb 4.2.2 right now and i have so many error's , but i managed to fix most of them so let's hope.

guys this is DEV thread and not thank you or general discussion thread .
While we can't see any real contents (source, device config or prebuilt rom for testing) this project is THEORETICAL only, and we can't do more than talking about the NOTHING...
Without any concrete things nobody can help.

go there and see if you can help with something ..
https://github.com/androidarmv6
I saw this project earlier, and Daveee10 opened a discussion about the 4.2 development (it was in the last year).
But you have a working version, why NOT post is?
The users can post feedback, and more member will be join, if they can test it.
As I wrote earlier in pm, I'm not interested in the cm10+ development, especially if need to start it from zero. But I think more easy to make a group what working on one project, if the possible members NOT need to start everything from the beginning.
EDIT: this is not offense, just a suggestion.

[Q] Updating Mali libraries

I checked out the driver download link on the mali website... my question is how do i update libraries in the installed rom that i have ... btw i have cyanogenmod 11 on my xperia go
You must apply them to the kernel source and then compile it...if you don't know how to do it, you shouldn't probably be doing that. Btw, this should be in Q/A.
