Sweet, thank you.. So your back to stock now with the stock radios yet and stock gb. So Nice!!!!!

Hi guys. I think my phone is on a leak from the end of march. There have been several since then. Would I see any benefits upgrading to those? Thanks!
Sent from my ADR6425LVW using Tapatalk 2
Definitely update to the newest (5/7/2012) one.
This is the one you want: Click Me!
You should Take this to the question and answers subsection. But all I know about is radios and stability being updated.

Did I do something wrong?am I the only one? My rez is s-on and gb firmware. Running sense 4 ics Rom. I do have the patch installed. My problem is ,my rez keeps dropping its data connection in well serviced area's. Anybody know what I can do to fix this? Also I'd like to add , a reboot usually fixes it for a short while.
Thanks.

Did you install the s-on kernel?
Yup, I did. I even wiped and flashed again. But say I didn't, wouldn't it not work at all? These data drops seem pretty random . It's not all the time just maybe 4 -5 times a day .Also ,I don't know if it matters I downloaded it straight to my phone and copied to root of sd card. I dunno if it's just me and not a common problem I'll flash again, this time I'll dl to pc first. .

My phone was doing that too a lot, and it didn't seem to matter what ROM I was on. Switch to another ROM to see if it still happens. If it doesn't it's a problem with Nils BS4 otherwise your phone is ****ed. Return it.
I have had it happen to me once on viperRez. Hot reboot fixed it. I haven't had it happen on nils sense4 Rom. I would suggest updating to ics firmware.

Mime was doing this. I fixed mine by running the latest ruu, factory reset in hboot, flash amon ra, then my Rom again

YES, factory reset in hboot with stock recovery is important. :highfive:
I put my rezound in S-off, and now internal shows 12KB. I am running CleanMod 4.5. The MicroSD is not showing up either, even after formatting. Is there a solution or am I screwed?

I would try to do a Factory Reset. Are you able to see either storage when connected to a computer?

Hmm. Did you use a insulated wire for the wire trick or maybe did you make contact between your fingers and the exposed ends of the wire?

The wire was insulated. The internal files are there because I rebooted once, and the files came up, but after reboot, they were gone again.

I think those are gingerbread radios.
Mismatching radio and hboot causes issues.

Did it for ya... I thought that's what it was. People are using the wrong hboot a lot. I guess it's because they are on a ics Rom and think they should use a ics hboot without thinking about the rest of the firmware...

That was exactly my thoughts! I finally updated my RUU to to ICS, so its all good now
What I did to fix it was flash the HBOOT and the recovery backup from juopunutbear (GB Version), and it fixed everything. Thanks for all the help!
So I'm s-off wire trick, jbear hboot 1.5 I believe?, I'm wondering should I update to the lates radios firmware hboot etc....or am I already not sure, what are the benefits? I'm seeing a lot of roms requiring updated stuff
Thanks you guys are great
I just read something about jbear 1.58? Mine says jbear1.5 I thought after the wire trick it flashed 1.58 or is there in updated one

I personally am running the latest firmware and radios since as you said, many roms are calling for them. I used the one from Freeza without the hboot: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=26563118
I would also downgrade to hboot1.4 since all ROMs boot on it except for those running the newest stock kernel (which most aren't by default).

As far as the hboot do u have a link as well? And I just rename it put on ad card and get to bootloader?
Sent from my PG86100 using xda app-developers app
Ramjet posted them all here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=30014044
The rest of the thread has good info about the different hboot versions that mpgrimm wrote, so you may want to red it.
Oh, and yes, rename to PG86IMG.zip, and boot into bootloader. This holds for both the hboot and freeza's firmware zip.

I just want to be safe I don't want s-off or have to unlock again

You will keep s-off. The bootloader may say Locked, but that's irrelevant since still being s-off is what's important. You don't need to unlock.
