Today the new bootanimation for Cyanogenmod 10 has been published. Here it is:
You can see it in this video.

Downloadlink up now, just go here or here or here!
Download the file and unzip it. Then go to the folder and select vertical. I know this is xperia section but I will add more devices, if you report which H (=Horizontal) and V (=Vertical).
Then for
-Motorola Razr choose 800/800 (V/H)
-Sony Xperia active choose xx
-Sony Xperia lww choose xx
-Sony Xperia mini choose 360/xx (V/H)
-Sony Xperia mini pro choose 360/xx (V/H)
-Sony Xperia ray choose xx
The folder you copy to your device and on your device you open root explorer (or any other file manager which can change permissions!)
This bootanimation.zip you copy and paste it in system -> media. Click mount R/W to paste it there. Override the old bootanimation.zip (maybe make backup before. just copy the old to your sd card)
Then you tip long on the bootanimtion.zip and click permissions. You change permission like that: (rw-r--r--)
Then you click ok and reboot device. Enjoy the new bootanimation!
If you found this post usefull, please hit the thanks button. Thank you very much
P.S.: Would be nice if you could tell me for mini/ray/active and lww which one of vertical is the best! Thx in advance
All the credits go to Cameron Behzadpour and Cyanogemod. I don't own this bootanimation and it wasn't created by myself! This isn't my work! If the owner of this bootanimation doesn't want me to share it here, he should just write me a short pm and I will delete this thread. The downloadlinks aren't by me, I took them from the youtube video I posted above!

Yes it should work. Just backup the original by copying to your sd card ( I know nexus have no sd card, but there should be a partition for sd card) and try it. But you must look for the rigth resolution. Just try all folders and the best you take. It can't break up your system, so try it

i have resized the dialpad icons in x10 phonebook so that it is usable in mini/pro.
copy the attached apks to you /system/app folder and set the permissions to 644 and reboot.
Enjoy
screenshots?
screenshots please
these 2 files dont exist on my x10 mini pro Oo
@kobzarcheg,shivenjuneja im out of home will upload the screens when back
@liz1fer they dont exist becoz they are from big X10
so i must rename them to the original ones right, but dunno how they called in stock x10 mini pro ;>
no need to rename, after you reboot you will have two new icons named Phonebook and Phone, the old contacts app still exists
ah okay, i will test it =D
I tested it and works great. Nice job.
Do you guys know how to use the timescape from the big x10 (mediascape as well)

guys, i coulnt make it. I tried copying the two files to system/app folder in the system folder in the sd card, set permissions with rootexplorer and reboot the phone. nothing was installed or changed.
I tried copying both files to system/app in the root, but it didnt let me do it...
what am i missing?
@Milln didn't get your problem first you were able to copy to /system/app and able to set permissions and you tried again and it didn't let you do!!
how did you do it first time??
the only reason it didn't let you might be you have forgotten to press the Mount r/w button on the top tight corner in root explorer
i certenly didnt press the mount r/w button in the top right corner of root explorer. I didnt even know it was there for a reason
i pressed it and changed to mount r/o, changed the permissions of the files in system/app directory and tried installing them. No success so i restarted the phone to see if it worked. No success either.
thanks fot the comments anyway guys.
dont install them just paste the files in /system/app, set the permissions and reboot
Its working on x8 as well
Only If you could edit it to fit hvga screens, that would be great!
On a sidenote: social phonebook is great! Why couldn't SE have included it in our roms too!
Instead they gave us a pathetic one which worse than stock android!

Same here.
What to do ?!
Device Xperia Arc S.
LT15i .42 works perfect.
Im learned to replace framework-res.apk for last. If you have bootloop you can only flash new rom.
Lock screen looks awsome.
There is something wrong i think. We got "Sound on" and "Vibrate off". It should be just "Vibrate" i think.
Maybe in next versions you can make some basic icons?
