HELP Needed! - HTC Rezound

So my rezound is stuck in Hboot, only boots to Hboot. I tried the update yet again and this time it is really screwed up. I can't flash anything in adb commands/fastboot commands. My Hboot screen reads:
Unlocked
VIGOR PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT- 2.27.0000
eMMC-boot
Aug 6 2012, 19:24:37
I tried re-flashing a different Hboot, that would not take. Could not flash recovery, and it fails every time I try to flash the RUU, either 3.14.605.12 0r the either of the new 4.xxx.xxx.xx.
Any help would be nice, Thanks
edit: When I try to flash firmware or RUU it starts to update, but it says Fail-PU next to everything. When I try to flash from command prompt it says image update error

Your hboot is not showing any radio???
Start fresh with a new download:
Go here: http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/0...ull-ruu-build-4-03-605-2-for-the-htc-rezound/ and download the latest RUU. Place it on your sd card, check MD5, and rename it to ph98img.zip . Reboot into bootloader and it should flash it.

Tried it and it did not work. Still Fail-PU next to everything. The only thing that is successful is #16 TP.

If you are reinstalling a Leak RUU you need to relock your bootloader.

troy7548 is right. Relock your bootloader and the latest RUU should flash fine (I'd do the most up-to-date one). Since you are S-OFF you don't need your BL unlocked. After you've gotten the RUU installed and everything boots, Delete the zip from your card then flash this firmware:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1843030
This will give you the latest firmware but re-enable fastboot commands on the locked S-OFF bootloader.

I've tried locking the bootloader, but my fastboot commands are all failing, so basically I cannot relock the bootloader using fastboot oem lock command....

Going to try Unbricking Process....
Think I'm going to try the Unbricking process posted in the forum. Nothing else seems to work, so what do I have to loose? Any opinions?

[Q] Help! Phone Will Not go Past HBoot or BootLoader Screens

While trying to restore my Rezound to Stock, I was able to Relock the bootloader but then I haven't been able to get past the Hboot or Fastboot screens to load the ROM. I can't get to recovery or anything. I've tried loading the recovery by using "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img". For some reason it fails. I have the recovery file in the same place as the fastboot file. I'm not sure why it doesn't work. What should I do next, been trying for hours now to get a ROM to boot up... Thanks for your help!

you cant flash a recovery file while the bootloader is locked.
Are you on the latest OTA? ICS Leak?
You probably don't have the correct kernel installed. Coming from ICS to GB I'm assuming?

You need to unlock again before flashing a recovery

Thanks! It's working now...
Thanks guys! I just had to unlock again and the phone booted up fine! Now I just have to find where I went wrong trying to go back to stock. I believe I may have the wrong "tools" in my root folder?
Go into hboot and type in everything starting at the top. With this info we can help you further.

If you want to go back to stock, you can lock the bootloader and RUU. You'll have to use whatever version your firmware is currently on (so if you flashed the ICS firmware, you would have to use that RUU, if you're on older firmware, flash whatever GB one you're on).
Edit: You can flash to a newer RUU too, obviously, you just won't be able to go backwards again later.
If you have a custom boot image (kernel) or recovery (I think) then the stock locked hboot will have a ***SECURITY WARNING*** and will not allow you to boot. You can still RUU from this state. Unlocking the bootloader will allow you to boot. I believe you cannot RUU from an unlocked bootloader, but I don't remember for sure.

1) I am on gingerbread. S-OFF but not rooted. I have a T-mobile OTA update for ICS. Can I download safely?
What I was going to do is just download that and un-root it the same way I did when doing the S-OFF process. Can't it just be that easy!
2) If not is this the correct way that will work with JUOPUNUT bear?

OR stop looking so deep into it. Root it as gingerbread, flash recovery, download rom (after wiping...LOL)

You have two options:
1. Restore the stock recovery and proceed with the update, it won't do anything but update the system files, it may or may not remove the JB hboot, though I recommend you restore the stock GB hboot since updates tend to cancel when the hboot is higher than the one being installed, which the JB hboot version is set higher so as to prevent any new updates from over writing it.
or
2. Download the stock ICS ruu from the ruu/ota thread and install it via hboot by renaming the file PH85IMG and placing it on your sd card.
No reason to get suspicious, it's okay.

I locked the bootloader.
HBOOT is now 1.90.2005.
I flashed an OTA/RUU after that, and renamed it to PH85IMG (did not add .zip just an easy r click rename). It went through the upload/download (whatever ya wanna call it!) In hboot
Rebooted aaanddd I am still on GB
I used the OTA from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1575550&highlight=stock+ics+ruu and followed the 2nd post for the leaked ota....
I AM missing something. Somewhere down the line. Or wrong RUU? Suggestions? I am going to be back tomorrow to work on this.

If you're s-off you don't need to lock the bootloader, anyways, don't use that file, look for the ruu/ota collection thread in tue dev forum for the latest file, rename it, make sure it's on the root of your sd card.

[Q] need some help

i rooted my girlfriends sprint evo 3d using unknownforce's down grade method, i wanna return her phone back to complete stock how would i do that? she is s-off right now. thanks for the advice
You could flash an ruu from bootloader since your s-off. Here's a link for a list of ruu pick the one that says ics shooter 35 s 2.89 1.09.00.0706 spcs wwe to that nature http://www.filefactory.com/f/4ef0ef536face67a/. Just remember to rename the file PG86IMG in all caps and place on the root of your sdcard. Power down your phone, and boot up into bootloader and let your phone detect the file and confirm to update. Next you might want to get a drink or something to eat. It'll take like 10 minutes. Hope that helps

You need to issue the "fastboot oem writescureflag 3" command with the phone in fastboot USB mode after flashing the RUU to reset the S-OFF status to S-ON. Make sure you have the stock bootloader installed before you do that.

The .exe version of the RUU needs to be run from Windows. Make sure your phone is in the "fastboot usb" mode in the bootloader and the "fastboot devices" command returns your serial number before you run the RUU.
There's also a .zip version of the RUU around somewhere on these forums that can be run from the bootloader, but I don't have a link to that. It would be safer to extract it yourself from the RUU.exe using this procedure.

That's the stock bootloader, which was installed by the RUU. Most of the custom bootloaders (Revolutionary, Juopunutbear) have their name where the "*** LOCKED ***" status shows on your phone.

[Q] [Q Flyer] which RUU for my semi-bricked 1.11.0011

Hi
I am stuck on the bootloader, because:
- I unlocked via htcdev online
- installed CWM recovery
- I tried to install custom roms update-ics-yetki-1.0.zip LeeDrOiD-Flyer-V2.2.0.zip (unfortunately with s-on)
result: black screen on system boot, unable to go further than bootloader or recovery.
after relocking I tried to run :
RUU_Flyer_TMO_DE_2.27.111.1_Radio_20.3504.30.089BU_3809.07.04.06_M_release_204120_signed.exe
some errors on installing like 140, bootloader error
so I am not sure if this is the good RUU
before bricking my Flyer definitely I would like to know how can I know which is right RUU for my device to install?
The only information about my device I can get are those:
Flyer pvt ship S-ON RL
HBOOT 1.11.0011
MICROP - 0950
RADIO-3822.11.08.07M2
eMMC-boot
Oct 25 2011, 16:55:07
the device has (had) a T-Mobile (Germany) branding
cid: T-MOB101
version-main: 3.55.111.1
anyone a clue?
Thank you

of course... I relocked it but update utility gives me error 140....
somebody thinks it's because of incompatibility of flashing an older version on a newer one,
I don't know if that has something to do with kernel, radio, baseband or whatsoever....

Ok, the only way I found to solve was flashing a
rom.zip retrieved from temporary files after launching the HTC update utility, (RUU.exe)
from RUU_Flyer_HC_S_HTC_TUR_3.62.468.1
I renamed the rom .zip to PG41IMG.zip,
then copied it on a goldcard, prepared before...launched bootloader and so on...
that was the only one without errors that finally worked...
now trying to flash a custom rom, I need phone functions....which rom?...

S-OFF problems-ish...

Hi guys,
Bought a Evo 3D second hand... GSM version.
Got it home, had a custom stock rom on it and had Revolutionary Recovery on it.
I flashed a MIUI rom to it and have been using that fine for a few months, now i have come to install a different rom and it installs fine but won't boot. It either stays on the bootscreen forever or just reboot cycles the phone.
Now the bootloader is unlocked but it doesn't have S-OFF.
I think i need to S-OFF to flash the roms correctly.
Here's whats on it:
Rom: MIUI v2.10.26
Baseband: 11.77.3504.00U_11.25.3504.06_M
HBOOT: 1.53.0007
