Im running Resurrection Remix 3.0.4 (Lastest) and the 5.66 Dorimanx Kernel.
My problem is when i try and boot into CWM the phone freezes, and when i try and use Odin i get Zimage and then a redbox with the words FAIL appear and Complete(write) failed. Is there a solution in Odin that i can do to change my kernel?

When I tried flashing my Galaxy S II (using the instructions here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1274337 ) I must have done something wrong
When writing, it froze, and now my phone is stuck on the "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue" screen. I tried the emergency recover through KIES, but KIES can't seem to detect the phone. I cant reenter download mode or the recovery mode.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I was using Cm7.1 before. But many problems in that. Therefore,I wanted to flash official ROM again. But I first flash the ZSKG2 Kernel in My GS2!!!!!I should flash the ROM first!!!!!I click a wrong .tar and now I can't turn on it.

When you're in download mode you can simply use ODIN to flash a new firmware.
Flash the ZSKG2 ROM in it.After that flash the ZSKS2 Kernel in it?
Basically you can flash any ROM now, just make sure that it's for the SGS II and you're good to go.

If you can go to Download mode then search for your official firmware (see here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278)
And flash as usual using Odin.
It will bring back your phone to the usual one (without root etc.)
You can flash other official firmwares as well.
Mine was 2.3.3 DXKI2 previously, my country have not released the 2.3.5 officially, so I just took the latest XWKI8 and flashed it.

Directly flash the firmware will do
After that follow the CF-Root if you want to get your root and CWM back.
The Odin v1.85 is no command when I Click the 'Start' button. What's wrong?

Can I flash the CMW Kernel first?
1)What make is you SGS2, is it korean, european or anything else?
2)Can you or can you not get into download mode using the 3 button combo.
3)You need kies on the PC for the phone to communicate with the PC in download mode. But while running odin, all kies processes have to be stopped via windows taskmanager.
4)Pull out your battery for like 15 to 30 mins and then try again.
2 days ago i restart my phone but it dont, it just flashing the touchscreen and stay so until i drop the battery, i try an update whit odin but fail... so anyone knows?(sorry for bad english)

Just boot into recovery mode and choose wipe data/factory reset. Otherwise flash new rom via Odin. Use only backfront panel of your PC to connect USB.

i cant understand what u want to say bud but theres an alternative :
IF u can access your recovery mode , flash cwm recovery , root your phone and flash stocklitev7 ...its a stock based rom ..u will like it ....and then after the phone boots try to flash your stock rom again with odin ,,,the flashing aand rooting guide is present in sga android development section .......
ohh wait mayb i can undertand what u mean .....do u have kies installed on your pc ??? kies is needed for the usb drivers needed to get your phone recognized by odin .....u cant flash a rom until that " yellow box " appearss,,,,,.....
i cant access anything because the phone doesnt start, he is just flashing, i can use only download mode, i have kies, odin etc but when i install a rom whit odin the phone its flashing again...

ok so u flashed a rom ???? have u flashed a new stock rom with odin ????
did u "wipe cache partition "

He meant that his touchscreen is flashing and he can't do a thing with it.
The answer is simple. Take the phone to the local Samsung service centre.
Just don't mention that you tryed ODIN, or KIES to revive the touchscreen.

no need to unroot ma8, since flashing stock firmware will automatically unroot ur phone, after that if u need root then u can always do so
ps- ensure that u dwnld the proper firmware meant for ur device(if its I9100 then the one corresponding to it) and follow the ODIN instruction carefully for a successfull flash
1). Download official firmware for your device from samobile.com , Google and download Odin .
2) Extract the zip downloaded from samobile . It will be a .tar or .tar.md5 file.
3) Boot into Odin mode like u did earlier
4) Run Odin and connect your device . Odin will detect and will show the port number.
5) In PDA ,select the extracted file.
Don't change any other option .
6) Press Start
Odin will flash the binary . Wait till process is complete. On completion it shows pass.
Your phone will boot automatically.

Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again",ive tried installing different updates but always a fail, even tried different versions of odin...but nothing.... can someone please please help me im so happy with this phone, and cant believe this has happened Thanks a lot, really hope someone out there can help me i would be so appreciative. Did you root by CF-Root? Did you happen to flash the wrong one? Erica one of the XDA tv killed her touchscreen by flashing the note2 cf root.
Anyways, use Kies for the firmware initialization or Odin a stock rom, whichever works for you. Be sure to have it in download mode for Odin tho

Hi mate, i have a galaxy S3 19300 with O2 (UK)
so what can you get into at the moment? Recovery? Download mode?
Firstly when you run Odin on the computer, make sure that all the Kies related processes are not running (open Task Manager and kill anything with Kies in the name). Then assuming you can put the phone into Download mode (Hold vol-down, power and home together until you see the Samsung logo), do that, open Odin on the computer and then connect the phone. It should show up ok in Odin. Then you can flash whichever ROM you wish, make sure you choose the correct ROM for your device.

Yes ive been putting the device into download mode, then using Odin to flash the rom. Problem im having is everytime ive tried to flash the rom, it fails right at the end, and i have tried different roms/different versions of Odin. The only Odin version i have found work was an older version, it is the only one that turns yellow in the 'com' box when i plug the device in. All other versions (like 3.07) turn blue not yellow
Blue in the com box in ODIN 3.07 is ok:
you should have something like '<ID:0/006> Added!!' in the message panel.
Try flashing a recent JB rom with ODIN 3.07. If that doesnt work, try an ICS rom.
If its failing again, post the output messages here.
Also, when you boot into download mode, what does it say in the top left - device id, custom binary etc....

Try turning off any antivirus/firewall....

Just uninstalled Kies, turned off antivirus/firewalls, didnt know how to run Odin as Admin. I downloaded a different JB version, and it worked, but now the phone is stuck on the 'samsung galaxy s3 - GT-19300' screen, this is definitely a step forward, but still not quite there
Cool
ok, now boot into recovery vol up + home + power
when in recovery, choose factory reset or wipe data & cache, not sure what the wording is....
to navigate in recovery, use vol up & vol down and power button to choose.
