Forget the look. JB brings a whole lot of new functions that are supercool like offline voice commands, new notification bar and specially Project Butter to name a few
Check this out if you want details http://www.androidnova.org/google-android-4-1-jelly-bean/
@keiran: whether v will get a JB development soon after the release of ICS by Sony... Do v even have a tree? ? And Any supports from FTP or AOKP? ?

In case you all nvr read, adobe flash will be removed from the market on 15 Aug for those who haven't installed it, for those who have there will only be minor bug fix and improvement. And jellybean does not support flash well. I would prefer to stick with ics where the flash is working fine. Does not apply to those who does not use flash though.

xD yes (We have only xperia ui roms) but also cyano is lighter than a tweaked stock....
Sent from my ST25i using xda app-developers app
That's true, but please consider that it makes no sense to port CM7 since not even every new app is compatible with GB anymore. And now everybody is just waiting for ICS/JB. So hardly anybody would keep using CM7 when ICS/ CM9 are out. It would just be unessecairy work. At least I think so.

This is true but it is worth having it even if it is just for the sake of porting stuff like moKee or lewa
Anyway I really like to get one.
If anyone want it to and can do it, please
Anyway no problems

Just wait for ICS update, it will be soon. You can try that CM 9.1 rom if you like it, but I think it is in early stage of development for now.
Sent from my ST25i using xda app-developers app
P, U, Sola and friends use completely new hardware. Adding support for that is a big pain, so there's no reason to do that in CM7m

Here is the changelog wid details
The Ice Cream Sandwich firmware
includes improvements to:
stability, WiFi, tethering/portable
hotspot, camera (capture and
playback), NFC and Messaging.
All Xperia P users will get a
notification when the upgrade is
ready, but direct availability in the
phone may vary across different
markets and carriers.
For Xperia U, Xperia go and
Xperia sola users – if you’ve
already upgraded to ICS, you’ll
receive a notification in your
phone and be able to download it
over-the-air. For those guys on
Gingerbread, you’ll need to plug in
and upgrade using PC Companion
or Bridge for Mac.

Sent from my ST25i using xda app-developers app
Avoid. Comes with Vodaphone branding and no doubt vodaphone crapware.
Wasted 300MB of download bandwidth on this crap. I wish people would make this clear upfront.
So 650mb of vodafone ****???
What about camera?
Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2
I would guess the camera and stuff is improved in the C version of the firmware which is supposed to come soon enough.

hi,
I dont know if i am posting in the right forum. But i was wanting to know how many of you are really willing to sign some petition to ST-ericsson to release the novathor sources. Coz i personally feel we are getting nowhere. Without proper sources the devs cant come up with anything. I have been checking our development forums and there is nothing new thats coming up.
Im willing to..!
Releasing the sources would really trigger development!
me too.. just post the link where to sign-up..
