If you slightly move your finger across lockscreen button, it is not firm but it is loosely. Can you, please, check and post your feedback?
Thanks.
Yes is not firm. You got issue with that?

Thanks. I've just wanted to check is it broken device, should I turn it back under warranty or this is normal.
Well, I certainly have no issue with it. You can try send it back to service centre and see what they say.

I know I have found another post on this but mine is a bit different. The tiny white spot disappears in high brightness and reappears in low. Should i get in for warranty or is it not worth it?
Try the LCD Screen Test *#0*# and confirm your results.
You may need to be in a fully darkened room and allow time for eyes to adjust.
Take a screen shot by home + power (maybe home a fraction of a second before), saved on sdcard screen capture folder.

No I do not
Anyone else notice that when tapping the top half the screen it feels like it's slight loose? I just activated it an hour ago :-\

Shake it it does the same sound.. I thought it was the screen but I'm thinking it's the lens in the camera clicking around.
I just posted about this in another thread but now I'm curious are only some phones doing this or is it just the way the phone is. It doesn't seem like a big a deal but for a $600 phone I would expect it not to rattle when I touch it
No noise or rattling on my phone..

No noise here neither but I notice that bottom of the screen is collecting dust and if I look closed enough I can see a gap between the screen and the bezel I wonder if tmobile would replaced my unit

try re-activating it. Also try a factory reset, should solve your loose screen problem.

My wife had the same issue. I phoned a Samsung repair center and they said its one of two things, the power point or the touch receiver. They are going to repair it under warranty.

Unfortunately, if the button is not working after reset, I'm sure there is a hardware issue. You should contact a Samsung repair center. I hate to have my phone touched by some local services, as most of them are kinda stupid doh
Just got phone last night and sometimes my back button doesnt work.. any ideas why?

What do you mean by it doesn't work.
I've never had an issue with it.

Literally stops working. No haptic feedback and it doesn't go back in apps. Have to hit home button.

I experience this as well every now and then. It seems like you really have to press it full finger for it to register. Any ideas?
Hey guys, not quite sure where to post this so if it's the wrong section please move it.
So I'm looking for an app to lock the phone when I close my flip cover, I've tried many but all of them takes me to the app once unlocked again which is unhandy if I try to take a call, I have to open the dialer again
Are there any apps like that out there? I'm giving up hope.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated
Kind regards
