I'm sure there's a thread on this but I can't seem to find it. I have a verizon lte galaxy tab 10.1. Is there a jb or ics rom out there that supports the lte connection? Or a patch I need to apply to get it working in cyanogenmod or something?
The quick answer is no. Verizon has not released the drivers for their modem so it has not been harmonized in any ROMS.

Hi all,
I just received my Rogers galaxy tab '4G' (3G) and I am wanting to root, unlock bootloader and put CWM onto it. I have already done so with my Atrix 4G, and this process seems fairly easier. My question is, Are there certain ROMs specific to the 3G version? or could I load any ROM on as long as I use the right Kernel? Also are there any 3G users that can tell me what ROM they are currently using?
Thanks,
Tayshun
I'm also new to the galaxy 10.1 section. I found this thread in the development section which proved quite handy and answered my questions.

The rom they show for the 3G model seems outdated. Thats why I was wondering if I could flash a WIFI ROM as I will not be using 3G anyways.
Is there any way to get the new 4.2.2 i717 Roms on T879 (Native Tmo Galaxy note)
i know in 4.1.2 There was a wifi fix which made i717 roms compatible with T879 but that was 4.1.2 it doesnt work for 4.2.2
Can anyone help me out with this or help create a solution? T879 doesnt get any updates

That doesn't seem to answer my question though. Stock on my phone is T-Mobile ICS 4.04 and is the galaxy note made for T-Mobile.
*My problem is not being able to flash 4.2.2 ROMs (such as jelly beer 4.2.2 , etc.) Because it was made for AT&T i717.
The first link tells you how to "convert" your phone to at&t stock ICS by extracting and replacing the boot.IMG file, except you are doing the opposite ROMs. The second link is to the most current JB based ROM, but it looks like without a current boot.IMG from a T-Mobile ROM you are at a dead end.
So, in my opinion, you can't yet. I saw they have CM10 over there. What could a close-fitting CM10.1 have for you that a native CM10 doesn't have?

I just recently flashed Dubbsy's Google Edition port, and everything is working spectacularly well except for LTE. I've read through all 60-something pages of his ROM Thread trying to make it work (following the instructions of the LTE on/off app to a tee), but I'm all out of ideas. Even worse, when I flashed the latest CM 10.1 nightly, I still had no LTE, just a 3G signal. Any ideas on how I can make LTE work again? I'm really hoping I don't have to start from scratch by flashing the stock firmare in ODIN.
Everything works but 4g. I can't get the apn settings to save. Im guessing it may be due to this or being stuck on nd6 radio. Info on custom roms for this device are scarce but some say they have working 4g on cyanogenmod roms. So far ether downgrade to stock 4.1 touchwiz or stay with the newest stable cyanogenmod and lose 4g. If the straight talk model would have gotten the kitkat update like samsung said it would i wouldn't have the problem of needing nd8 for touchwiz 4.4 but id still be using a cm based rom always been enjoying cm since my g1 . if anyone has any info on how to get working 4g it would be verry helpful. I have apn backup from the stock rom just cant edit them on cm 11

Ii just rooted my LTE Nexus 9 and I am confused as to which ROMs are safe to flash on my device. Some are labeled Wi-Fi only while other just say flounder. Which are OK for me to flash? Thanks in advance.
Earlier today, Google posted the 5.1.1 image for the LTE variant. I'd suggest you wait until some developer modifies that ROM. Haven't read anything specific on the Nexus 9, but generally ROMs are NOT interchangeable between the wifi-only and LTE sub-model on tablets.
