Hi! Guys
Now i'm using Sony Xperia S (LT26i),, Today my phone tell me have the new firmware for update,
Then i connected my phone with Sony PC Contention.
I click update firmware, then the program had download it, and installed to my phone.
while install firmware had some accident my computer had shut it down.
Then i turn on my computer and connect my phone.
Sony PC Contention said Connect to Sony Mobile, but didn't tell what the model.
My phone show green LED and the screen show some icon like my phone don't has firmware..
how should i do next ...

have u tried using seus? or download a ftf of your region then flash via flashtool

Happen to me last weak too.
What i do is open up my pc. Then open seus. Chose ur model and it would continue from before.

after that...install it on your pc!
then download this http://www.multiupload.nl/X9EW2A84SH
run the program(flashtool)
turn of your phone and leave that way at least 10 seconds.
drag & drop the file that you downloaded from the second link into the program`s window
clink ok at the window that appears
when asked to plug in your device keep the volume down and plug your phone into the usb.
after 10 seconds you can release the volume down button
wait for the process to finish!
reboot your device and that`s all
it should work

Hi, i've tried to update my x10 mini and it gave me a firmware that is upside down and that made my touchscreen not work. I've tried to use SESU to repair it but it just says it's updated to the newest version and won't do a thing. I can't flash it to an older version cause it requires me to have debugging turned on but i can't do it because the touchscreen isn't working and when it flashed it erased xrecovery.
Please if you have any idea how to fix this help me i'm getting really worried i might have broken my phone for good.
I think your using pc companion not seus because seus will let you update and repair every time

That looks like pc companion to me seus has more options then that like repair for startas

Sorry I dont even have it my self any more on my own pc ,,i got if from there page update phone lol but pc companion that comes with most of there phones is not seus
I was attempting to Odin back to stock and my phone got disconnected.
Now it says "software update fail" cant seem to get anything, recovery, or download or anything.
Help?

Try these steps:
1. Unplug USB from the phone (leave the other end alone). You already unplug lolz. Make sure the other end is plug in to your PC
2. Remove the battery
3. Press and hold both Vol Up and Down (don't let go until you finish step 6)
4. Press and hold Power button (don't let go until you finish step 6)
5. Plug the USB into the Phone
6. Slide the Battery in

Still the same results, tried holding up only, down only, both vol buttons and all three.
Open Odin & plug your phone into your pc & see if you get the yellow COM port box. If you do , just Odin from there.
!
I'm not too sure what happened, but just sat there and held all buttons with all cables plugged in for about 10 minutes and it worked...

Hi I have the Galaxy Tab and I had the same problem then I somehow got it worked but then I don't have market or Gmail in this now.I'm currently in China and I get some stuff in Chinese stuff.
I can't recharge/connect my X10 mini pro with the cable (the socket is broken )
so I need to find a stock rom to download it directly by phone and install it via Clockworth recovery to restore the warranty.
Where can I find one?
please, can anyone send me a stock rom backup done with recovery?

It's impossibile to connect the device to the pc...
If u still have xRecovery, you can mount de SD card, and then connect, in that way PC companion will recognize the phone,,,!
The question arises..
how can that be possibile if the plug is physically broken?
I don't get you, buy that way worked to me... in that cas, you can flash any rom, and them use PC companion..
I can't use PC companion or any other PC software becouse I can't connect my phone to PC..the item selected in the photo is broken and the only thing I can do is send it in warranty..but I can't if a stock rom isn't installed, but I can't install it with flashtool or PC companion becouse that item is broken.. its a catch 22!!

A window will be opened saying to connect your device.switch off your phone for 30 secs.now connect the USB cable to PC(not on your device).now press down the vol.down button and hold it while connecting the USB to your phone.[now the flashtool will start flashing.but if you are doing for the first time sometimes the drivers are not able to detect the drivers of your phone and the phone starts charging in a normal way instead of flashing.don't worry.Disconnect the USB from phone only.wait for 10-20 secs.repeat from step v again and then connect your device while pressing vol.down button.the flashtool will detect your device and start flashing.)
You will be able to see percentage below.after it is finished it will be written there.disconnect USB cable from your phone only after watching it.
But I'm stuck at this point, theres absolutely no change at all at the process, this screen has been like that for like 20 mins

One mid-experienced friend is telling me that it seems that the program is doing nothing, that I should turn the phone on, but I know the risk is BRICK, and hell I dont want that

Any ideas, tablets completely dead after running a repair on the Sony PC program. No lights at all, no power. Iv tryed the PC, plug etc, tryed the volume up, down and hold and plug into PC... Nothing. I get a message on my PC saying the USB device isn't recognised with an exclamation mark but no lights on the tablet

I hard-bricked mine, too: No lights; no fastboot or flashmode; no hard reset, either. I tried Sony's own repair software, although it returned an error, the LEDs lit up. I've now got the tablet up and running again via minimal ADB
Run the Sony repair program again but do not repair, see if the LEDs light up. I ran the repair on a Mac computer, though, as it didn't work on Windows!
