I've noticed recently that when my alarm goes off, the alarm ringtone sound increases from low to high. I'd like to have the full blast alarm ringtone again. Any suggestions on how to have the alarm go off at full volume?

What alarm clock do you use? Since the time I have flashed to the Cingular ROM, the speaker is not (imho) so loud. I really need something to wake me up in the morning
With the European ROM I have been using Sunnysoft Alarm and now it is not so loud. I am using Gentimer now. It seems ok, but is some other alarm clock even louder? (I dont need any mp3 or wma support, just some clock ringing) Thanks
CityTime alarm. You can set there maximum volume and also this nice little app can ignore current profile (i.e. silent) if you want it too. Just try it. It's not free, however. 4ALL
I use the alarm included in settings. It works great and annoying enough to wake me and the whole house.
On my Dinc, when I opened alarm volumes there were 6 categories: Ringer, Notification, Media, Alarm, Voice Call, & System.
On the Galaxy S3, I only see Meda, Ringtone, Notifications, & System. No Alarm volume. Of course, when I go into alarms, I see a volume level for that specific alarm, but what I'm looking for is a way to change the volume on the alarm stream mainly so that when I put my phone on silent I can also turn the alarm volume completely off since silent/vibrate modes don't silence alarms.
This was easy on my Dinc - no special apps or rooting required, but can't find any way to turn off the alarm sound on my S3.
Running 6.1.A.0.452 on my SXS and it seems that the alarm ringtone has changed to an increasing type alarm. It used to just "blast" the alarm ringtone to give me a good start to the day, but now it has stopped doing that
Any suggestions on how to get it back, instead of having the increasing alarm setting?

I set an alarm, but was on vibrate. Shouldn't the alarm be audible regardless?

After updating to EMUI 10, I have found an issue with the Alarm clock.
I sleep with headphones in and also use the phones alarm clock, this hasn't been an issue with EMUI 9 as the alarm rings at it's normal volume.
But with EMUI 10, the alarm rings at a reduced volume, so reduced that it fails to wake me.
Does anyone else have the same issue and is there a solution that I am unaware ok?
