You ARE aware there's a 160 character limit for SMS on the carrier side, right?
Yes. I mean i don't know how to send a text which has more than 3 pages or 480 words.

Handcent SMS have option for this, so:
Run Handcent --> menu button --> setting --> send message settings --> disable Auto-Convert to MMS
Thanks alot!

[Q] Removal of Notifications for Stock Message App in lock screen

Running the stock mms app on the phone and was wondering if there is a way to remove the txt of the message from the lock screen? I've searched for the option but have yet to see it.
Running BAMF Remix 1.8.
Any suggestions other than switching to handcent - which I'd prefer not to?
Thanks.
Go to privacy in settings and disable it

Only setting is "received notification" which will not notify you that you have received a .txt. This is no good being that you will never know when you get a .txt, unless you check it every 3 seconds.
Well I haven't run sense 2.1 in awhile but in the sense 3.0 rom's you have the option to disable the text in the lockscreen
Like I said its in system settings>privacy>disable message text in lockscreen

Number of whatsapp notifcations

Hi guys,
i see this screen http://s22.postimg.org/9950tmub5/image.png and i see that at the icons in the bottom, the creator has got the number of the notifications in the app images (for example he has got 29 whatsapp messages).
How can i have that?
Thank you..
He must be using the app 'missed it', try it out

Thank you, it works. But i can't understand how to set the whatsapp image, i only have a text that said: you have xxx unread messages.
How can i set the image of the app and the number like in the screen?

Hide Message Preview on status bar (xperia default sms or hangouts)

Hi guys!
Do you have any idea or tweak for rooted phones that will hide the message preview from the status bar and notification area when an sms is received?
I know and i understand this can be done via 3rd party sms app but for some personal preferrence i'd like to use the default xperia sms app or hangouts.
Your thoughts are highly appreciated!
Cheers! ?????

Thanks for the suggestion but that would not definitely help.
If you are going to remove sms app or hangouts app from the notificagion you will no longer be notified if there an incoming sms or hangouts call.
