Hi guys, I just updated my Neo from 2.3.4 to 4.0... and it looks really AWFULL.
Can I change the theme to the 2.3.4 colours? or I have to reflash it?

Ofcourse u can change the theme just copy the wallpapers in the defaulttheme.APk of gb to ics.....
U can also use the gb home.APk if u liked that.....

Change Theme & Downgrade !
Hi Photobias,
If you would like to change themes you can use my tool XThemer | Xperia Theme Creator.
If you would like to downgrade your phone Look Here.
But ICS is wonderful and it is simple to Install themes or mods. But if you decided to downgrade please be careful while using Flashtool.

This Rom is based on stock 2.3.3 and is tweaked a lot by me.
Included:
Stock SE apps (ported from wolfbreak thank you!!)
lots of build.prop tweaks (network,battery life,performance,smothness and more)
lots of other tweaks (sd card,vm and more)
added launcherpro -> included home switcher

Requirements:
Unlocked Bootloader
BB. 71
Doomkernel 05a with bootmanager (stock version)
xRec (comes with kernel)
X10
Install instructions:
make a backup
flash kernel via flashtool
boot into xrec via bootmanager
factory wipe,wipe cache,wipe dalvik cache,wipe batt stats
install rom
reboot
let it settle down before reporting battery life etc.

You can flash this with locked bootloader but after that. Root and install xrecovery with flashtool. And then install with xrecovery doomkernel v4b.

Iam now fix permissions and delete cache.
After bootup FC Setupwizard and keeps comming back. Can setup phone.
Nop did not work. com.sonyericsson.setupwizard FC.
Going to flash again.
One of the best stock roms current is stock lite.....
i just want to ask how can i edit the rom as below---
1. completely transparent....
2. mods of htc sense.. (i want the ui of the htc sense)

Not really. Many themers like Spacecaker aka CoolCatGetHome theme roms manually using png's. UOT doesnt help everytime.

search for lp sense ui ...its a htc sense launcher
and lp sense clock widget ( this widget is independent of launcher pro )

Yes, That'll be great. But i keep updating the apps and it will be a big process uploading every update.
But,I will do that soon once my weather extension and some more music extensions are done.
Till then please download from the market and Rate atleast 5....

Which ics dialer? The new released stock ics and messaging from .31 version? Tell me clearly which one so that I can upload

And take semcphone.apk from official ics port .562 Rom. It will look great without corners.

It seem kindy chunky and big...
Replace framework-res.apk in system/framework.
Set permissions to rw_ r_ _ r_ _
Remember to make backup of framework-res.apk

Same missing things
1. Home screen background is still blank
2.no corners as in your ics version
3 background with Xperia text above apptray key and honeycomb not visible at all. Screen displays blank as earlier
