Not aware of any browser per se (though this is a great idea for a Dolphin AddOn)
Did find two free apps in the play store: View Web Source and View Web Page Source Code.
Creative naming of apps, right? lol.
haven't found any mobile browser that can view webpage source. But I agree that it may be a great idea for dolphin add-on. LOL

do any roms not use the browser that is full screen and auto inserts http://www. when you click the address bar?
If you just want a different browser, D/l one from the market. Firefox and Opera have mobile browsers.
Opera Mobile has a separate search bar next to the url bar for google searches (just assuming that's why you dont like the http:// showing)
it's in the market for android, but here's a url for more info as well:
http://www.opera.com/mobile/features/
There's also opera mini, but if you want a browser more like a desktop browser, you want the mobile one.
You wont get the AOSP browser until an AOSP ROM appears for the thunderbolt. The HTC one is edited and customized, like the WWW thing you don't like.
<sigh> i feared that. I started to try to break apart the HTC browser to look for options like fulls screen etc with no luck, any chance anyone else has done the same and gotten more results?

Is there any way to add site specific settings for website regarding the view? I'd like to get google.com in mobile view, but for the rest, I am pretty happy with classic view on the Flyer....

Yes, but there is now universal solution. You have to check for every web page which setting is used.
google mobile
google classic
I hope these links help you?

How do you feel about Lumias IE browser? Do you find it good enough or do you use something else?
Mobile IE is fantastic to be honest.
Yep it works very well for me. I developed a mobile site recently and it looks loads better on the Lumia than iOS/Android for the simple reason that the address bar is at the bottom of the screen, not the top. That was a really smart move by MS
I find that IE works very well. There are other browsers on the market but they are all really the same since they are based on the IE browser only other features/functions added. I've found the standard browser to be smoothest of them all though in operation.
IE Mobile is great!
IE is mostly great.
facebook touch doesn't work
facebook full site (facebook.com/home.php) doesn't work with timeline loading, so I only have the lite mobile facebook - I manage a lot of pages.
Are there any WebKit or Gecko based browsers?
I've tried Chromium beta and it doesn't load the timeline either.

That's because it's not actually Chromium, it's still IE.
So I find a news article I'd like to read but I don't have time to read it. Is there an app I could install on my phone and my computer to make it easy to me to just push this site to my phone? Ideally I would click a button in my browser and it would cause the browser on my phone to automatically open and display the website I want to read.
Any ideas?
Use a qr code generator to turn the url to a qr code and scan it with your phone?
I think chrome may also have something that accomplishes this. Something about syncing across platforms? Someone illuminate for me.

Ya I usually QR code it. But if you have Chrome beta you can see all the tabs you have opened on other devices and open the tabs on your phone/tablet
Chrome to phone app
Chrome - Chrome to phone extension
Firefox - Fox to phone extension
The best way is to use Pocket(formerly Read It Later, also the name of FF extension). It is universal, Firefox, Chrome, Any android browser(share button) etc. I prefer it to Chrome to Phone.
Firefox has it, once desktop and mobile versions are synchronized.
You open mobile version, you find same bookmarks and open tabs.

This is the best, I have tried them all. I have Pocket on my phone, kindle fire, laptop, and work computer.
Maxthon browser has Cloud Push which is exactly what I was picturing when I asked this question. I didn't really want all my tabs to be synced and I didn't want to deal with add-ons , plugins, or 3rd party apps. I'll install Maxthon on each device and just use that. I like the interface better than any other browser so I'd be switching to it even without this feature.
Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. Much appreciated.
Just to throw another suggestion out there:

This guide will show you how to add the web version of YouTube to your launch screen. All you have to do is create a shortcut for the website. This is the best way to get around the fact that the official YouTube app might not able available for non-GMS phones.
