Does anyone have the stock recovery img for the tmobile springboard? I flashed CWM recovery on both recovery and recovery2 and and it will not boot into the os. It does boot into CWM recovery and fastboot and I need to apply the full update.

Were you on Honeycomb or ICS when you flashed CWM? There are stock recoveries available for both and they are not cross-compatible.
Attached is stock HC recovery (from an international firmware) and stock ICS recovery (from Springboard update).

After foolishly flashing cwm with goomanager,I managed to remove my recovery mode. Booting to recovery makes the phone go into odin mode and say unable to boot. Can I flash the custom recovery or do I have to flash a stock image?

Just use the aio root and recovery tool from your PC...first use prep for recovery option then install the custom cwm or twrp versions from there...after that you can flash a newer version from there...make sure you download loki'd versions only...this is assuming you are still mkd...if not you are lucky not to have bricked your s4
so i have a stock NT and i wanna put cm11 on it i was wondering if i could skip rooting it and just fastboot flash the recovery.img provided in the cm11 page and then flash cm11 straight from that, is it possible to just do this?
I don't think there is anyway to fastboot with NT stock ROM's boot.
You will need SD-based CWM (or TWRP) recovery to bootstrap the process of rooting or flashing CM.

To flash CM11 you'll need use the recent CWM 6.0.4.3+ or TWRP 2.6.3.1+, see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48855275&postcount=2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47692350&postcount=24 for getting flashable zip of these recovery versions.
(Alternatively you should be able to boot off SD-based Cyanoboot and select fastboot, then proceed to flash recovery using fastboot mode as you were originally considering).
After flashing these internal recovery, you'll need to boot off SD again and then (in Cyanoboot menu) select the new internal recovery to flash CM11 and corresponding Gapps.
Hello Friends,
I have got twrp and cwm recovery installed in my phone. When i start my phone in recovery it runs in cwm recovery and when i reboot my phone iit runs twrp instead of my rom.I tried wiping the data through cwm recovery, but with no success.I have got stock jb installed on my phone. Please help.
You saying that phone cant boot ? Try to flash again the recovery you want (Flash the right recovery! For Hboot 1.24 flash ics, for 1.25 flash jb) then go to recovery) Or just flash the stock recovery ? You can find it in the forum.

Sounds to me like you flashed JB recovery on ICS hboot.

You installed twrp to boot partition, that's why it boots directly into twrp (using fastboot flash boot twrp.img) You need to flash TWRP to recovery partition (using fastboot flash recovery twrp.img). Then enter recovery, install ROM, and flash boot image to boot partition (fastboot flash boot boot.img).

thank you for your help.i flash boot boot.img file and twrp got replaced.but i have come up with a new problem now.my phone is s- on and its not accepting the rom which i downloaded from here(2.20.401.5_Deodexed). i thought because my phone is s-on it might accept the original jb rom(ROM_JB_STOCK_HTC_DESIRE_X_INDIA_HTC__038) but still even this version is not installing. so now my phone is not having any rom.what should i do???
Is there a way to unroot this device?
Thanks in advance
You'll need a computer and TWRP recovery installed on your device.
Assuming that you have those prerequisites, simply flash the stock ROM in TWRP like you would a custom ROM (the .zip can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmo.../lg-h901-stock-images-device-restore-t3241170)
Once you have that flashed, you can reboot into fastboot mode and install the stock recovery image using the "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" command or by using a flashable .zip (the stock system images can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63604156&postcount=1)
That should do it.
Would need to lock the bootloader if returning it or selling it. Do that last tho
