Hi all, I have a problem with ADB, when I start to restore this phone hangs at the green light. When I recall the usb remains suspended with the green light and I have to remove the battery to restart. And the problem persists even restart the phone and remove the battery... ¡AND AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN,... :crying:

- My latest KERNEL before BRICK: FXP 137 ICS KERNEL.
PD: I want to go back to the original Xperia X10 ROM (2.3.3). I have used PC COMPANION and SEUS but software gives me a error. The phone does not start in any way. :crying:

This solution don't help me. The phone stock on ADB MODE, when I retire the USB, the phone is stock on green light (ADB MODE) and I remove the battery to restart phone. ADB MODE STOCK! ADB MODE DON'T WORK!
Help me, please! :crying: :crying::crying:
Don't use standard method
Use battery removal method
Remove battery
Plug USB cable only
When software says press back key....
Hold back button while reinserting battery
That will work for sure
Unless you have a USB problem
Or an underlying hardware fault
Also make sure to remove sim and memory card

Hi everybody
I need help for my friends xperia x10.
I dont know a lot about Sony Ericsson because im using Samsung Galaxy S.
This xperia x10 was with firmware 1.6 and he tried to upgrade to 2.1. After upgrade he had a lot of problems whith the phone, actually the sound was not working for some days then according to my friend it didnt boot anymore.
The problem with the phone is like this: when you press the power button it vibrates and you can see only the black screen for few seconds. After that restarts and this repeats all the time. When i connect to pc it cant find the drivers.
Please if somebody can help me to solve this because in my country we dont have Sony Ericsson care center.
Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english

Thanks for the help but this didnt work too
During the flash I dont get the pop up message and in the end of the flash i get this lines
INFO - Flashing finished.
INFO - Now unplug the device and power it on
INFO - Then go to application settings
INFO - turn on Unknown Sources and Debugging
After i turn the phone on it repeats again the same thing. It does'nt display anything just after few seconds it restarts again and again, all the time.
Please if somebody can help me. I just want to know if it can be repaired or not, or is it maybe any hardware problem!!!
if SEUS, PCCompanion or flashtool can´t do the job you may have some hardware issues. in that case, if you have warranty still valid, use it.

Usually when the flash tool aborts like that, it is due to either a) battery isn't fully charged or b) there's a problem with the ftf file you downloaded. Try charging battery first and a new download of the ftf firmware.

Hi, today i unlocked my phone's bootloader. After that my phone updated itself with the official sony firmware and now my phone wont turn on... i even dont see the red light or whatever...
Can it be fixed? Thanks for the help

Ya it still can be fixed.
Just download the firmware ftf file and flash using flash tool.
then it will be back to normal.

Thanks for the fast reply. When i put my phone into the pc i hear 3 peeps and the flashtool says please install or reinstall device drivers from drivers folder. But the drivers wont install...
You need additional drivers for windows to recognise the phone in flashmode. Pc companion only installs ADB drivers. They should be installed since you have already unlocked the bootloader. Perhaps try to reinstall the drivers for flashmode then?

Hi everyone,
I flashed incorrect kernel for my baseband and broke my x10 now it just stuck at se logo. I would just go into recovery but I'm pretty sure the charegmon file thats on my system at the moment is not monitoring the back button.
so no recovery
Phone is also not going into flashmode so i cant use flash tool to flash a new rom with correct kernel etc.
so no flash mode
Usb seems to be broken aswell since before i flashed incorrect kernel it would not charge any ideas on what i can do if anything.
so usb broken
my next port of call would be to send it in for repair on usb but prob not to sony center as its not stock and therefore void of warranty
Already have new phone and upgrade due (probably going to get s3 but would like to get this phone working too)
( When i switch on it vibrates once but no leds )
Thanks

dead battery maybe? try putting it on the charger for a couple of hours.
If you used flashtool, make sure the firmware you have is not corrupted. Maybe you can try a repair with PC Companion or SEUS.

Firstly relax. It is the battery which is dead n not your phone. Get a new one n it will work fine.. Also try ur luck by pulling out the battery for sometime n put it back again. Sometime works.

Hi guys, i don't know how to solve a problem with my Sola. I read the recover soft-brick guide for xperia models but i can't solve it. I think i bricked.
When i try to turn on it's on Sony screen and there's nothing to do. I can use on flash mode and flash the kernel but the result is the same when i turn on. The led works like green in flash mode, or red when i finish the flash and the device is still connected. I have a locked bootloader, and all this happened when i wanted to restore a backup, i probably made a mistake: do a full wipe after that. I think that's is still in warranty, isnt' it? What can i do? There are some tips on the tutorial but i'm afraid to kill the battery or make other mistakes. Please help me guys.
And sorry for my bad english =(

Yes and flash is ok but when i turn on it's still on sony screen...i waited about 5 minutes. I tried with 6.1.1.B.1.54 and with 6.1.1.B.1.1.0 with same result. I know i have to wait after flash a stock firmware but i see it's too much time. Maybe because when i want to switch off i have to use hard reset (i mean with all 3 button).
