hey guys, i just flashed a rom just like usual. every thing seemed normal. it said it installed fine, so i set it to reboot the phone. it displays the samsung logo and then nothing happens. i tried booting back into CWM but that won't happen either. what can I do?
i have flashed roms before but i've never had an issue, so i'm completely lost as to what to do now.
Go into recovery and flash stock rom via odin

I made a mistake of installing Mobile Odin Pro on my friends Galaxy Note I717 (Bell) and now I can't boot into OS anymore. When rebooting system it just keeps going to CWM. We have tried full wipe it is still stuck on CWM.
How do I fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Installing Mobile Odin on the i717 is one thing, flashing stuff through it is another, Mobile Odin does not support i717 yet as you may have realized in the process. Did you flash anything using Mobile Odin on the i717?
Was CWM installed prior to using Mobile Odin?
I would download ODIN on your computer, find a bell stock image, and using ODIN on your COMPUTER to reflash it back to stock, and hopefully that will bring you back. OR if you are able to get into CWM, from there flash a i717 version of CWM (or TWRP which is found in the i717 dev sub forum) and reboot into that recovery, have a compatible ROM on your SD card and then flash that, as well as a compatible kernel if the ROM doesn't include one.
There was nothing flashed through Mobile Odin. After that we installed Quickboot Reboot app. Thats when the CWM bootloop happened. So my friend flashed pda-odin-bell-stock.zip from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1599127
He is stuck on Samsung logo would not go to recovery.
Does he need to flash the kernel separately (after or before) and which one?
So using the key combo power plus both volume key let vibrate then release the power key not working? If u can get into recovery then u do a full wipe and you should then reboot into stock install.

Edit: I used Mobile Odin to flash Siyah. God I love that app.
So I've just flashed N.E.A.K kernel, the latest version. My phone boots fine, the only problem is I no longer have recovery - whenever I try to enter it, it just makes the phone reboot. I don't have a laptop with me right now, so I really need a way to fix this ASAP. I've tried flashing CWM with ROM Manager - no dice. What can I do? Thanks!

My friend had accidently bricked his sgs2-G but we managed to fix it.
We've installed stock ICS + root via odin but he's unable to flash an other rom.
Either the the phone stucks in the boot screen or it gets into a bootloop.
Even if we do every singel point in the installation instruction...
We already tried about 6 roms and they all don't want to work. What now???

You must flash a Stock with Odin using the LPH of Android 4.0.3. Know how to do this?
I don't know how but he solved the problem. Somehow he found a working rom.
Anyway we tried everything data/factory reset etc.. And he had a stock ICS. By the way I don't know how but he managed to brick so bad that the phone only booted in the emergency mode :silly:
At least he's unbricked it and now he's using the cMIUI 2.8.10 rom
Hey guys, my friend decided to flash a custom rom, asked me for help, so I told him to get rom manager and install cwm first.
He was rooted already, not long after telling him. To use rom manager to get cwm, he messages me telling me he is stuck cwm, it seems that every time he turns in the phone or restarts he cannot leave cwm at all, he also claims he cannot get into download mode, keeps taking him to cwm.
I got him to and re flash cwm via cwm, but it gave him an error.
Has anyone heard of getting stuck in cwm before??
Latest version for i9300

Get your friend to read the stickies in general, before he flashes anything else and destroys his phone.
Follow the guide to restoring to fully stock using odin on his pc, it might enable the phone to boot normally.

Hey guys. I seem to be having trouble getting my Samsung Galaxy 4.2 out of it's recovery mode. I'll start with how I got here. So one day I was on my galaxy when the power ran out. I tried restarting it and found myself in a boot loop. So to fix it I tried flashing a kernel. All was well until I found out my wifi wasn't working. So I read up on some forums an people said the best fix was to just re-flash a kernel. So I did it again and it worked for a time. Then once again it said I was connected to the wifi, yet I couldn't actually get on anything wifi related. So again, to fix it I flashed a kernel. Now I'm really stuck. The kernel I flashed gave me a SG2 logo at boot, as well as a yellow triangle. Now whenever I try starting my SGP 4.2, it goes right into the recovery mode. I've also flashed a custom recovery mode to clear the Dalvik and normal cache, but it still does nothing. I've also tried re-flashing ROMS and kernels, but it still just leads me to this darn recovery mode.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Try to go stock rom and kernel with Odin. Then try to reflash the CWM. Wifi fix files and instructions are here:

There's another way to fix wifi problem. But I don't remember the folder path . I'll look for it.

This was the same kernel that got me my CMW in the first place. . . I've tried both stock and custom ROMS, and they flash successfully, but it just takes me right back to my recovery menu after I reboot.

I am having the same issue. I verified my device beforehand and all the files. No matter what recovery I flash (stock or cwm) it will still boot into recovery. I've also tried flashing the stock rom, stock root rom and a custom rom as well as clearing the data and cache multiple times with no luck. Has anyone figured out a way around this?
