C. Click connect to connect phone
D. Go to main tab click spc send 000000 to unlock phone, go to other tab to load pageplus prl to phone, select write and find your prl file and it should write it to the phone.
5. Insert sim card.
6. Restart phone. Phone should OTA program. 7. dial *#*#4636#*#* go to phone information go to cdma auto prl and change it to cdma only
Back out of that
8. dial ##program go to test mode next over to evrc hdr hybrid mode change network type to cdma and back out phone will restart
(check menu/settings/phone status make sure mobile network type says CDMA 1xrtt and you have 1x data)
9. dial *#*#4636#*#* go to phone information go to cdma and change it to cdma auto prl
Back out of that
10. Power down and remove sim card and power up.
11. dial ##program go to test mode next over to evrc hdr hybrid mode change network type to cdma and evdo phone will restart
(check menu/settings/phone status make sure mobile network type says CDMA EvDo rev A. if it says eHRPD redo steps 10-14.)
12. dial *#*#4636#*#* go to phone information go to cdma auto prl and change it to unknown
Back out of that

Ill ask my friend but I think they only take verizon phones, now I think you could do straighttalk just have to flash to GSM their plans are about the same price

the only reason I have us cellular is fort cdma... no gsm networks work around me.. and us cellular barely works. i mostly roam on vzw

I checked it out for you and the website only asks for a cdma phone. My suggestion is go to the nearest pageplus store and ask them directly. It wouldnt hurt to try
have no idea where a page plus store is.... will try to find one...
and them if data and so on didn't work how do I make it work?

so a couple of things online about Houdini unlock and a couple other places say my electrify can be put on page plus by changing prl, and in and changing mdn and min..... having both internet and mms work.... however it says doing same with photon has 4g too. 4g in photon is wimax so.... I know it wouldn't work. should I chance it?

If its a wimax phone then u flash it just like any other sprint/uscellular etc phone to page plus. And since it's a wi max 4g you couldn't put it on Straight Talk's gsm side even if u wanted to cause it won't have a sim card slot.

alright, well how about electrify? 3g device, does have a sIM card slot but I doing need anything gsm anyway. no gsm network works around here

you need an msl code found through asite that unlocks phones, try this site http://reseller.blowfishunlocks.com/index.php
its very difficult to get a full flash, my friend got one to work with 1x only. make sure youre using the proper software to flash also

i think it might be easier flashing a gsm radio on it
I don't think you need to deal with the gsm though, I believe the gsm services are locked in the states, even if you unlock it, it's simply not going to accept ATT or tmob
3g will work on the evdo rev A, wimax i'm not sure but 3g isn't that slow
Just wondering if you've already flashed or not I also want to get one for pp, but saw no instructions online. I only need voice, SMS and 3G going that's all

im telling you its next to impossible to get a full flash, watched someone try for 1 week and still only get 1x, stock, cm7 and 9
not sure if you have ntelos in your area, but i just had both of my motos flashed to them and everything works the way it should. i took mine to the ntelos kiosk in the mall here. havent had a issue yet

my problem id finding a page plus place that actually does something other sale the cards..... in the 37880 area out within 45 minutes away.....
and can't afford CDMA workshop right now...

I was able to put a motorola photon in PP, got talk and text though. I did the same thing you did with the electryfi. push a PP PRl and manually program it.
I did that thing long ago and no data?

OK here is the full guide on how to get your Razr fully flashed to Page Plus Cellular.
I'm assuming you know how to get your shared secrets using a donor phone. I will not touch the topic of using a donor phone to get your shared secrets.
If you don;t know how then google it. This guide will show you how to get full 3g, talk, text and mms.

I used QPST to do this phone, and others, just ignore that.
Hey Nevell, you got a way to do a razr on ics to pageplus yet? I have seen a few tutorials but they seem to all use the newer paid version of workshop. Is it possible with just qpst if I am on ICS Razr?
I am still using the phone on verizon, but called page plus and they assigned a number to the esn and gave me a SID number when I told them it was on Verizon but I was planning on flashing it to page plus soon so I think I am able to get it to page plus...not sure if I need to do something else.
If ya have some time I would gladly donate for some help. I can purchase the full cdma workshop also if needed, I just want to get this to work so I can save some bucks on my VZW bill. I'm pretty knowledgeable with this I have attempted a few times and would like to make the switch from VZW asap as I am month to month, but no luck while using trial cdma workshop or using qpst on ICS Razr.

Yes I can get it to work. Most of my ICS customers are getting 3G but some of them only 1x. Guess it depends on the mood your phone is in.
I would definitely need 3G. I see some guides that say solid 3G on ICS but they seem to only work with paid version of workshop.

very strange
did all the steps got talk and text but the strange part is not data which i would think was a problem with the phone or i missed a step or something like that but when i connect to wifi it shows a 3g icon. I am totally lost

Dial*#*#4636#*#* go to phone information then scroll down to network type and make sure it's set to CDMA(auto prl) if it is then set it to CDMA only. Hit turn off radio then turn it back in and wait to see if days kicks in.

Thanks will try it in the morning. Will let you know how it goes. Also got 1x working with the sim in if that means anything. I normally do sprint phones to ppc. Theese 4g verizon phones are a whole new ball game for me.

Go to haward forums there is a full tutorial there that works perfectly. Not sure what the hell is going on over here and why they are deleting threads. ??
So if you set the phone to cdma only on custom ics roms will it get rid of the sim card notification or do you need a blank sim card?

no solution is currently available to use 3g once you ics
even if you have a verizon 4g sim
even beigephone can't come up with one without a 4g chip as of this writing
more of verizon locking down their phones
depending on the rom some will work with 4g but these is a trick to it, try searching the forums

i've searched forums for weeks and no avail stock gb 181 to ota ics
like you saying there is a trick to go search doesn't help anyone
people claim to have solution but don't publish it and others don't get all features running
others really don't have ota ics and still on gb

mine is done by beigephone
took ota ics and lost internet connect although in the mobile settings i can see 3g/1x signal strength 3 bars
used cdmaws paid to flash and still can't get it back
beigephone claims they have a fix and i'm sending it back

Yeah looks like there is a 49.95 service on Beigephone to flash ICS Razr and Razr Maxx. Let us know if it works out for you pltctytc.

they're reflashed for free in the past. although i don't expect it this time
its cheaper than the alternatives in the long run. could have gone to V ported to prepaid for one month then port back to ppc and see what happens. would cost me more than 50 for that
one no one seems to know what bp does different unless they have the uber expensive software that can do more than cdmaws. maybe just a bug in the phone from the update....who knows...

there is a thread on howard forums post 11 tells how
you do not have to use any cut now there is a *#*#4636#*#* for phone info to change the radio to lte cdma evdo
I did the over the air as a tester for motorola simm has to be in for data to work I have no mms
In menu settings about phone status it does not show phone number or prl but when I read phone in qpst or DFS all info comes up
Phone works great though I have not factory reset it not sure if that makes any difference or not

bionic and razr are 2 different phones 4636 doesnt work on razr there are apps for that or ##program

4636 does work on the razr?
devs would say to use it to toggle to gsm then back to lte to get data working. so i guess not on stock roms?
i have the gsm razr, so i don't know if it's disabled on stock cdma

I am on 211 OTA ICS on the razr maxx and *#*#4636#*#* sure does work it did not on GB but it works Fine on ICS try it you will see

So pltctytc, were you able to install ICS and get data working on Pageplus with the 4g SIM card?
I have the 4g SIM Card that came from Verizon in the phone and if i remove it, data doesnt work on GB and goes on roaming mode. Putting back in, data starts working again.
I was thinking of safestrap and install an ICS leak on the safe-side but what I have read is that you have to have ICS on the non-safe side also. The other option is safestrap and then install the stock .181 on the safe side and then try and see if it will OTA update from it to ICS. If anything goes haywire, i can go back to the non-safe side.

in the settings 3g card is checked not 4g

I just got a Razr XT912 that came with a SIM. I assume you mean a "clean" SIM? Does this just apply to the Maxx? I'd really like to be on ICS (now on GB 2.3.6) before I try flashing on my own.

hi,I have the same issue any advice?
I have an HTC One on T-Mobile that I have to send back to HTC to get repaired, I need something to tied me over till then. I have a Razr Maxx that I used to have on Verizon previously and want to use that in the interim.
I have read on here that it's unlocked out of the box, but when I put my T-Mobile sim card in it, it doesn't work. What else do I have to do to it in order to get it to function?
The Droid Razr is unlocked. You may want to check with T-Mobile to see if they have recommended access point name (APN) settings. I had to do that to get my US Verizon RAZR to work in Canada. If you are lucky T-Mobile will have information on their support web site.

I got all the APN settings from them, but it's still not working. They say that should only effect data and mms service, but I can't even get my voice to work, but I put the SIM back in my HTC One and it works fine.

The XT912 is Global Unlocked. You can use it on other GSM carriers outside the US only. You are stuck on Verizion inside the US.

I have had this Droid RAZR for a while, It was a Verizon contract phone then after the contract was up I flashed it to Page Plus 3G. Well I went ahead and bought a S3 and no longer need the RAZR. I sold it to my girlfriends brother, he is on Verizon contract. I put the SIM in and it didn't change things like the SID, PRL Version, etc. I went through the phone turning on the 4G, using ##7764726, entered SPL, choose 14, sim type back to commercial, turned bbpanic off, the back to menu, choose 06, next, next, change network mode to LTE, CDMA, EVDO, AND GSM. The 4G data works, however when I attempt to make a phone call I get a message saying "welcome to verizon wireless, your mobile number is either not active or not working".
I hope someone can help me. I surely don't want to make my girlfriends family mad as many of you could surely understand. A happy woman=a happy life. Okay, thanks guys.
Can I use a RTN (Return to Network) ## code to make this happen? I've tried the one for my Galaxy s3 but it doesn't work on the RAZR.
Just use Rsd lite to flash it back to stock thats it.
