[Q] How to hack contact from one android phone to another. - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have been searching all the possible steps but I couldn't succeed in my job. I want a contact(number) from my friend living far away from me, I want that number from the mobile without getting noticed. My mobile is HTC Sensation XE and my friend's mobile is Sony Ericson Xperia Arc S.
I hope the developers will help me. Thanks

Hey you need to look in the dirty work and hitman for hire thread.

I know what you should do...
Hire a ninja to steal his mobile at night when you get it take your contacts and ninja will go and keep it back... lol
You won't get any help here for all this stealing things...

As per my issue I would Luke to inform you to make a checklist about your needs and try to match on gsmarena with your checklist. I hope you will find your best one.
Another thing is no device are fully compiled for all sort of needs like surfing, gaming, music, video etc. Every device has its own pros & cons, you will find these over gsmarena too.
Please update us about your needs and your selection. So that this thread will be helpful for other's whone looking for it.
Thanks

Large screen is not that important for me. Good battery, yes. I would prefer sense but with my requirements, it doesn't fit my budget.
My requirements:
GPU for HD Games
Camera 5MP or above
Screen resolution should be good
At least 1 Ghz processor
And some other basic needs that now a days are fullfilled on almost all the handsets. Oops and also xda support/development of tons should be good.
For the above specs, I found Neo V to be beneficial. Any other suggestions ?

I don't really know how much your budget is since my currency is the Euro but for your requirements (mine were pretty much the same) I would buy Xperia Play (if you're really into gamming). I also considered Neo V but I wanted a bigger screen and the physical controls are really awesome. Neo V is around 160€ in my country and I bought Play for 200€, not that much difference.
I'd recommend a galaxy S. Strong gpu beautiful screen flash and good rom development..

I would be considering neo v or one v or gs but don't you think gs is old to buy now. I mean it was launched in June 2010.?

****.. now I'm really confused between these three phones:
HTC One V - doesn't have front camera
Sony Ericsson Neo V - less internal space and a bit old
Samsung Galaxy S - less ROM
Above phones have its cons. I'm from India and here, 3G is not yet fully established. It might take almost a year or 2 for it to get established fully.

Don't buy the galaxy s. Its a nice phone but very old and Samsung has stopped supporting it. You're better off with the Sony or HTC phone that you've mentioned.
Ps.Sony phone gets official ics.

Neo V has CM9 support from FXP Team and also we (TeamXperia) ported AOKP to it so its handy
One V would be the best choice if you are looking for a newer phone
All depends on price, if they are similar price then go for one V

Do your research on the phones available to you and make up your own mind. Never and I mean never get a phone based on how many Developers the phone has because you will be disappointed when the next best device comes out and the Devs move devices as they tend to do.
In closing make up your own mind

Sony should really try to do that with their new phones. this never gets old LOL
Of course during the X10 release. They tried to promoted in many ways, Do you guys think it worked well?
These videos or promos made me get the x10 back in 2010.

Still have my X10. Love the phone.
I loved the drama on XDA when Sony announced/denounced/reanounced 2.1 (or was it 2.2?). Then the delays and Sony Ericsson releasing the firmware just on time, and the dual touch drama. :victory:
Yes! Omg totally forgot about that LOL

[Q] openion abt xperia tipo

Guys im in the thought of purchasing xperia tipo to my girlfriend
B4 that I need to know something about it can you tell me the negatives in it ....???
Also positives...
Well tipo has Xloud tm experience which allows it to play music at very loud volumes and enhances the quality of the speakers. Tipo scored very high in Antutu so if your gf is in gaming then I'll recommend it. The bandwidth and upload speed is also quite good. Plus it is a budget phone. The build design of Tipo is beautiful and many reviews has given it full stars for it's build quality. Also it is very light and easy to hold. The only negative is its small screen size. But you can solve that by buying miro.
HIT THANKS

Thanks dude
What do u think abt Motorola fire xt
Sent from my MT11i using xda app-developers app
Yes it is good too . But the most reviews I have read , it is a fail mobile. Motorola fire xt is thicker than tipo considering the mobile is from Motorola which creates very thin mobiles. In a video review I saw that it takes very long time to boot load. Also there were many problems with the touch screen. The sound quality isnt that great either. The internet is same as tipo considering if you're using the same WiFi. But I think your gf wouldn't so much in hifi technology, so yeah you can buy her this phone taking into account that the screen is 3.5inches.
PS have you tried htc explorer.

Old school GSM engineer advice please.

I know this has nothing to do with our smart phones. (MODS please dont tell me off!)
But is anyone knowledgeable in the art of old school symbian?
I used to mess around with it in the E70 days but im looking for something even older! A 7110.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah. Had a browse. Thought of posting up in the general section but I have zero experience there. Thought id reach out to fellow ulta users first.
Its a 15 year old Nokia........."the matrix phone" just done a clear out and found it! Absolute mint condition. There are no specific forums for stuff that old. It outdates xda and possibly the entire Internet! Ha.
Just need someone that has experiance with firmware/unlocking on the very old dct3/4 models.

Ah yes, the most awesome phone back in the days. My dad had it (and still has it), and i remember being so incredible jealous I had a couple of Symbian phones, like the Nokia 3230 and 6600 (aka the egg), but that's about it. I still have the 6600, but it got water damaged, so.. dead. I don't know much about Symbian anymore, but i liked to play around with them and install emulators and dive deep into the internet for those .SIS files
