The modem bundled with the XXBLH3 Firmware is not XXBLH3 modem still a ___BLH1 modem.

still none. last modem there listed for ICS is XXLH1. I guess there ins't any. Oh well never mind. Official JB is coming soon

You can always rip the modem out of a full firmware .

yeah, i read the article that it has been rolled out in Poland. but devs on Custom ROMs always base for the UK version.

currently the one installed for villainROM is v2.5 and i want to upgrade to 2.1.3.. can i flash this kernel to my KI3? or is it only for XXKG5 only?

you can use 2.0.5 on the new version of VillainRom.. That is the one i used and that is what the creator of the rom included in it

I don't know why it was installed, and it can't be deleted even when I did Factory Reset~
Did I flash back the incorrect ROM or what??
My ROM was I9300XXBLH1 STH(Singapore Starhub)
Can anybody help me with it?

Because I'm from Singapore, I thought I've found the correct firmware, but my firmware should be PDA-LH1/PHONE:LH1/CSC:LH1(STH) that shown on my Kies last time before I root, but now it is not~

I tried to download, but I couldn't download~
I don't know why, when the down load goes to 10+% or 100+MB, it stopped there and hanged~

Oh yes it does just tested .
But it will only download whats on the update server .
Samsung may well have cleared older stuff for JB updates .

AFAIK, its not available as a separate CWM or ODin flashable file for sure ma8

What firmware has that modem? I know there's DXLPF firmware but that contains DXLPB modem.
Also, I assume this is not for the phone in your signature?

Yes...otherwise NO modem would work as there has been not even a leak of jb for the i717....hell the gingerbread modem for your service will work too

You are still not getting it. Flash the ATT ICS modem. Flash a Canadian ICS modem. Flash a Gingerbread modem. All on the forum.
There's no such thing as a Gingerbread or ICS or JB modem. The modem is universal to all galaxy s phones, so you can use any you please.
The best modem for your situation is the current modem, the LF6.
