Recovery Bootloop
The problema you have it's a recovery Bootloop, it's normal and it's totally fixable, you have to read some posts before making a new thread, cause this problem has been post already, anyway:
Bricked Tablet:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1514088
Hope you have adb already set up, cause if you don't this won't work.
Repacked CWM Recovery:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1601942
Flash this if you don't want to do the ADB thing everytime you flash a new ROM.
Well that's it, go on and fix your prime, and if this was helpful i would appreciate if you hit the thanks button.
Sorry for my bad english.

I bricked my tablet, i flashed the
Clockworkmod for Betelgeuse v0.3
based on ClockworkMod Recovery v3.0.2.8
Then i tried to flash ICS CM9. The toshiba logo is coming, Bootscreen from CM, and then it´s freeze. I tried to flash several rom´s but nothing helped. Fastboot isn´t working (too Nooby to find out how), windows isn´t recognizing my Tablet. And i have no Backup file.
So please, can someone could post Backup file to restore, with an "How-To" or any other solution, so i can use my Tablet again.
Believe the only way is restore via fastboot
If you are not bothering to get this working - then simply do not ask
However - pls see this thread for more detailed information
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=915894
regards
Update: in case freeze occured after installation of the ICS recovery - then fixes must be obtained in ICS development theme by DerArtem (also via fastboot)
Thank you very much, it´s working again, all files restored

I also noticed that bootloop can be solved by powering off and clearing cache and dalvik cache.

Hello friends,
I've a problem with CWM 5.8.2.0. Until now I replaced with ease different ROM and went all right. But after the last one, system doen't reboot. Everything is installed properly, the system restarts properly with the factory image (eeepad asus Tegra etc..), but after few seconds it returns to the previous commands (reboot system now, install zip fron sdcard, wipe data and so on). I tried to restore the "old" ROM, all the step are complete, but I can't go further. The installation stop always after a few seconds. Thank you for your help.
Now it's ok. It was a problem of softbrick. In this forum I've found the solution. Thank you

Did you use the Part 1 of the "How to Unbrick" thread? I have some questions then if you did.

first of all, reposting on multiple forums will get you ignored by most peole
secondly, your statement is extremely hard to read, i suggest you don't speak english.
lastly, we need more information. are you getting errors in the install? is this the first time you're flashing? what rom did you flash that started the issue?
-what you can try now-
Try flashing a rom with TWRP instead of CWM, i've seen issues with CWM that TWRP doesn't have. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1615990)
Use NVFLASH to flash your backed up files. If you didn't backup with NVFLASH prior to all this work then, sir, you should not be flashing in the first place and maybe this is the lesson you need.

In any case, follow option 1A here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1514088
Agree with Diamondback, this happened to me. This usually happens when you boot into recovery from ROM Manager rather than a cold boot. For some reason rebooting through ROM Manager sets some flags which prevents reboot.
Hi!
Today my phone rebooted and stucked in fastboot mode. No recovery, no reboot is possible I don't know why...
So, I tried to download clockworkmod flashable img, and tried to flash it with:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.7-p500.img
But I receive a wrong dimension error. If after that I try another time to flash, it get stuck apparently sending the image (but in fact it doesn't send anything). If I reboot the situation doesn't change.
How can I get outside this loop, preferrably without flashing the original image?
Thank you!
there are guides for it all over the forum
No, if you read all my message i said that i receive that message, and this situation isn't covered in any of the forum guides.
Anyway, i succeded flashing the amon-ra recovery, then the clockworkmod recovery again and from that I could access my installed system without troubles (and after a nandroid backup of course).
I leave this if everyone else happens to see that error message. For me some patience, amon-ra and not the standard guides worked!
