use a scotch tape to clean it make sure you press the tape on the edges as to remove the dust
i hope this helps
from my point of view the dust you've got there is from screen protector.it creates a good space for dust to stay...
the best solution i think it's to remove the protector, use a micro-fiber cloth and some cleaning solution.
because if you try to clean with screen protector it will be harder, small space for your fingers (or you can try Q-Tips)

You are right.. especially when you wipe your screen and the dust is pushed at the sides and it accumulates through time..
@OP *If you do not want to remove the screen protector, you can use some sticky tape or something.. press it using your fingernails/something very thin on to the sides where the dust accumulated.. that way, the dusts will stick to the tape.
I hope this helps.. this is how i remove dust off my galaxy phones

And when I touch finger...
I can clean this by cloth by when I touch finger is very big SPOT!
WTF?
Warranty get this?
Sry for my Englis...
Lol you mean that big finger print that you also can clean with a cloth?
Yes it is a warranty case!
No, no, no.
When I clean cloth I have cleaned display, but when I move finger on all lenght few times I see this spot.
If after cleaning with cloth your screen is clean
If after booting your screen is clean of any problems
Perhaps you need to clean the screen that might be greasy.
But if you see spots when booted, you got burn in.
Maybe this photos can you explain this "damage".
and
I can clean this by cloth and it's good, but when I move finger I can see spot. Big spot only in this area.
can't see anything, sorry
Is it under the screen? Is it water damage? If you know the circumstances that led to it you can find whether its covered by Samsung. Or better, just call Samsung.

It's on Gorilla Glass, phone is works, but spot is only when I move finger.
This spot works like magnes who catch metal, this catch something oil...
Maybe something to do with the screen. Get it checked by Samsung .
Finally Samsung give me new sccreen, now it's ok
I have the Seidio Active with kickstand and holster. I really like the way it feels in the hand the protection that it offers. I am having one issue and I don't know if there is a solution to it. The soft inner case is one heck of a dust and pet hair magnet. Is there anything that can be put on it that can reduce to amount of dust it attracts?
I have the same case, minus kickstand.
The neverending complaint of silicon jackets is that they collect and hold on to lint, dust, grime, so on. I'm sure you could experiment and find something that could be sprayed on such as a spray on clear coat, but being flexible I don't think it would stay. The best advice I can offer, and it's not going to be of much help, is to just get used to it. I painted the snap on plastic piece when I was refinishing a couple firearms and had extra paint mixed up. Turned out better then I though and not the colored case drawls the eye and you don't notice the lint.

I am sure that there are a lot of people with a lot of different solutions. I found one that a friend mentioned and it seems to be working for me. I used some glass wax on the silicon and so far so good.

I've nver even heard of glass wax. Is it wax for glass? Seems kinda counter intuitive, maybe just called that because its clear?
I don't know if it is different from other wax but yes it is for glass. I have used it for a while now on touchscreens as well as my glasses. It reduces noticable smudges and fingerprints..
Like this?

I think it is a different brand but yes it is like that.
Gorilla glass was suppose to be scratch resistant. Is there any way i could fill the scratch. Man i did was put it face down on my wooded desk and this happened

Gorilla Glass seems to resist almost all but sand, dust scratches really nice . So the better you get a screen protector, i recommend Clear Nano Optics from SGP.
Greets
Please HIT. Thanks if i could help you!

It is more scratch resistant than glass that isn't Gorilla Glass. - It is not scratch resistant and can never claim to be in its current version (V.2 Gorilla Glass on S3 I think). Only diamonds are virtually scratch resistant (the only thing you can scratch a diamond with is another diamond).
Invest in a good screen protector such as the SGP one commented in the previous comment. You own a very expensive phone and should take steps to protect it.
Also users report that after applying a high quality screen protector such as an SGP one after getting scratches - the scratches visually disappear, plus you dont get no more.
Diamonds are scratch proof
The screen is scratch resistant,
Get a screen protector
Get a case as well.

yeah got like 10 cases and bought some dynoflo liquid screen protector and im gonna see how that works because i got nothing to lose.
My 2nd mod. Couldnt find a bumper that was super thin so I sorta just made my own. My main purpuse is to protect the sides. My screen already has tempered glass and the battery cover is great for grip and didn't want to cover it with a case.
Bought this from ebay. Its a dark smoke color but in the pictures it looks black.

Dremmeled out the center
Made the lines as straight as I can. And use an exacto to cut off the excess. And used a nail file to smooth the edges out as much as possible.
Final product. Not as smooth as I wanted but no time anymore for tonight.
Front with Tempered glass
I think I may buy another and make a trim around the camera to protect it when it's on its back. Just glue it on the battery cover so it's permanent.

Pretty impressive. I actually use a Super clear piece of Scotch tape to cover the lower portion of the flash area since that's all that touches. Works great and easily replaced.

I don't see those on mine so it might be scratched. Try a soft moist cloth to see if you can clean it up. Don't use household cleaners because the can damage the film covering the display.
I have noticed that the white tablet can very easily take superficial scratches, especially on the back that look black. It is probably the same for the black tablet but you can't see the scratches.
If you are sensitive about the appearance of your tablet, I suggest you invest in a tempered glass protector for the display (which WILL get scratched over time) and a bumper cover. I have both and while they add slightly to the weight of the tablet they work very well to protect it. I got these from ebay:
