I m using wanamlite rom UBDLI1 V3.4
The notification i m trying to clear is app download from play

Maybe the theme causing it. Try revert back to stock and check if the bug still persists.
Edit: Perhaps you can try fix permission first see how it goes.

thanks man , i fixed it by retrieving the systemui.apk from another rom

and now to the funny question :laugh: - how can i delete Clear from the notification ?
cause i already have a button at the top right side
Can any one tell me where did i get this app from ? I cant uninstall it, and i suddenly noticed it in my app drawer.. I did flashed some mods, but i restored my saved systemui.apk

4.1.2 official Poland ... But why doesn't it works when i change something in that app ?
The app is from omega ROM. It controls notification bar toggles n other things.. it must b from some of the mods you installed

I searched for this too. Using Titanium Backup you can "Freeze" the app labeled "Power" under Backup/Restore. This will get rid of the notification button, but will also remove the "Battery" list in your android settings. I just downloaded a different battery app or widget to replace it.

Download the MoDaCo Toolkitfrom here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2245765
Then select enable button options. If you long press a notification you then receive a prompt to either force close or disable notifications. Thats what I did works great!

It's a build-in feature/app for people who are blind. Whenever you touch a button, touch a text, etc... play a sound assigned to that button/read it out to you
