On some rom you got Rom control you can use overclocking setting from.
Swap script its on kernel could be came with new rom now its not activated

For the moment Governor Interactive dont working on JB its seem's Nstool not compatible with Jelly Bean
You need set max 1500 and min 1500 if you want 1500Mhz
Maybe need voltage setting to get more Mhz working right
To get it on boot enable init.d on Nstool setting

tigrouzen, i have some requestes.
Can you do a ROM with this new kernel, that is clean and fast?
don't put in other launchers ore other stuff like miui file manager, put only google store, superuser, app2sd.
i think a lighter rom will'be faster
