Hello everyone im new in this community and I hope that you can help me! Im from argentina so if there is any mistake in what im writing please excuse me. Well ill tell you whats going on with my Atrix. I got it from Amazon two weeks ago and i never could make the gps work. Today I just decided to give up after trying to fix it with gps fix gps status and that sort of stuff. The damn gps just doesnt lock! Not with google navigation nor sydic. Do you have any clue of whats going on?

its the phone itself....replace if you still in time....
i have 3 atrix and 1 give me same problems the other 2 locks satellites in few seconds doesn t matter what rom im running....

Right off the bat I would like to thank all of you out there in the community who have and are contributing their time and energies, again thank you!
I'm not worried about coming off as a noob (because I am) but I've been experiencing a laundry list of issues since I purchased the phone (T-mobile in the states) and the consensus was that most likely updates would resolve them overtime.
I finally got the latest OTA from t-mobile 2 days ago and my GPS is still messed up! It worked better with the GPS fix I had found on here, has anyone else noticed this? 0 satellite fixes! and also I've been getting this annoying clicking & stuttering sounds during any audio (streaming, playing mp3s). I had read that it was a program running in the background that was most likely culprit. Has anyone tracked this one down as of yet? Last but not least, battery life! After getting the OTA I decided to see if it would make a difference and it seems just the same if not worse! I let it power it self down and then charged it 100% and over the course of no phone calls and 3 txt msgs (No GPS/Wifi, no 3g, just edge) in less than 24 hours it had died. At first I thought the battery life was due to me constantly playing with it but I have since given up using the phone if I know I'm going to be away from my charger for more than 3 hours,this is starting to get to me!
So to boil it down, should I wait for froyo or should I try and get a replacement?
Any solutions or advice will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Before we suggest anything, why dont you check your system status to see what is using your phones battery life. might be that is a good start.

I too have noticed that the gps is still not working. My location locks and after after minutes of navigating, the gps signal drops and I have to constantly exit and renter navigation every time it says "SEARCHING FOR GPS"

First thing I did after OTA was try the GPS, it put me in the middle of a auxiliary football field by my house

Wow I know exactly what you mean but If you find a solution to this gps thing let me know
Somewhat of a solution, do the GPS fix along with the J16 update. IE use the 'supl.google' server and 'msbased'
With these two "fixes", I get a lock inside the house and even not being near a window, it can place me either in my bedroom or the living room

I tried *#*#1472365#*#* to get into the sat menu but it doesn't work now after I've updated.
Get SGS Tools from the Market - it keeps the codes current.

Alright thank you very much, that did the trick. GPS issue is now once again resolved. But the main one for me right now is these clicking/stuttering sounds when I play/stream music, any ideas on that one?
so i was watching a video and when the nexus s powers off it looks like an old tv screen turning off, i got nero 3 right now, and i was wondering if there was a way to get that effect on my vibrant?

Someone might need to port it from nexus to vibrant which shouldn't be too hard but ask a dev they might do it sometimes...

its just an animation..so it doesnt need to be ported. although it would be easier if it was just taken from the nexus s...someone can just create it.

2 days ago i bought a LG Optimus One / P500h
I loved the phone, my first android.
But when i received my first call, the person talking to me couldn't hear me. I called her back and she didn't hear me. So i got this microphone problem. Sometimes it works and sometimes not, i don't know what's the problem, i'm thinking to try to get my money back (it's a used phone i bought from a guy of the work) but i wonder if i can fix it or make it better somehow.
I need this help until tomorrow because it's the day i'll see him, if i can fix it, i'll try.. but if i can't i'll have to give it back :/
I think its a network signal/hardware problem ..so none tricks would work!

Hello. Im using XDA first time and i dont know where i have to post it so someone can help me.
My problem starts with that, i own a smartphone called HTC Desire 300, last time i used it was like 5-6 months ago, then it all worked, display and stuff. Then i put that in box because i got another phone and now, today i took it out from there again and saw a weird thing, i have a grey circle around my display, i add a screenshot, and now if i put it on display aint working. Does someone know what can cause it? Do i have to buy new display ( last time it worked, 2 weeks before i ended relationship with that one 5-6months ago then i got a new touchscreen changed ". Does anyone know what is the problem?

I think if you are able to provide a SPTOOLS flashable package that would be most flexible for me, however if your only able to do TWRP backup that would be fine too.

Need help with Lemfo Lem5 - keyboard symbols problem
Hello everyone,
I'm new and I hope I'm posting in the right area, I just purchased this with and I think its an amazing watch....however just one little nagging problem. I'm trying to connect to my WiFi at home and when it brings up the keyboard, for the life of me, I cannot find the "@" symbol.
I tried everything from changing keyboards in the input settings and I just can't find it!! Can someone please help or telling what I'm doing wrong?

I got the same problem.
Can't use symbols neither writing password, web directions nor user names.
But it's working on adress book...
Any solution?
