Can someone helping me by uploading the stock audio_effecr.conf on. 45 fw
I've deleted mine without making a backup first. Stupid i know
The file is located on system/vendor/etc
Any help would be appriciated thank you

It's not a nandroid backup, but it's stock which is flashable via CWM.

I put all of the files in a .rar extract them

u can just copy to the system and change the permission...
When i install it and open it, the application force closes what can i do?

Don't install apk. Just copy to /system/app and set permision to 644. It should work
you should also reboot to the phone after copying to make it appeared.
