*Effective 12/18 all ICS themes/skins will be gone, JB only​
Install instructions
1. Download and install Viper rom
2. Download the theme zip and copy to sdcard.
3. Boot into recovery, wipe and then select install
4. Reboot
5. Skin for Blue Poison no longer needed. For Red Poison select settings\skins\TW671Red Poison skin (To get all the red possible)(Red Poison now has two skins, RedPoison and Red Venom.)
6. Please post your feedback, it's much appreciated

Please uninstall Gmail with Titanium Backup 1st before flashing.

Blue theme added to the 6 standard HTC skins.
Corrected green color for setting when pressed in pull down notifications

All green is now gone for what I can tell
Added a new clock to the Matte skin and changed some of the graphics in the skin.
The Blue and Black clock is a sense and flips and not a Beautiful Widgets clock.

Themed (Red)and Updated Google Play 3.9.16 (aka Vending, Market, Phonesky) Update script in zip will automatically delete phonesky from your phone and place the new market app in the \data\app folder
Themed (Red) and Google Now, Update script in zip will automatically delete com.google.searchbox.apk and add Velvet aka Google Now
Included Red keyboard with now arrows option
Changed a few images in Red Poison skin with black sense clock
Added Red Venom skin theme to TW671 style with sense white clock.

Beautiful Widget Clock(s)
To install the clock, unzip to your desktop. This will create a folder called "tw671-digitalglass". Copy this folder to the internal sdcard of your phone under \data\beautifulwidgets\scskins\ . Now you can select the clock from BW installed clock section. If this a first time for you with BW, to get this to work and setup the correct directory folder on your internal. Please after downloading and installing BW's, download at least one clock from the net. Then follow my instructions on where to place the folder you have download. If you do not, the folder will not be there. Or you can create the folder yourself if you wish.

In Venom Tweaks, go to stusbar>statusbar theme support. Scroll to the bottom, and change the Quick Settings to internal.

Just noticed I lost the transparency on the navigation bar. It was checked in Venom tweaks so I unchecked, rebooted, rechecked and rebooted but still not transparent. Any ideas? I really like the transparency option.

You are the man bro! Loving the boot animation! Only problem I have is no nav bar transparency which I saw someone mention above...also I lost my google now not sure if its the theme or just from reloading the rom anyways looks fantastic great job man and thanks!
