i just wanted to ask when the ota will come for the htc legend. Its been stuck on froyo for a while and if it will not come as a software update, are there any stable custom ROM's for it? thanks a lot!

Ok I've downgrade my hero g2, on t - mobile, I've rooted it, played with lots told from 1.5 to. 2.1 I found that I much prefer 1.5 for day to day use, but when HTC release the offical Rom will I need to re root it? If I upgrade via HTC, or should I wait once its been released to get a cooked Rom, and if so will this leave my phone rooted,

Yes you will need to root it when its released, but if you wait for someone to cook one then that will come rooted..

Hi ther Guys, my friend has a HTC Gratia, the European version of the HTC Aria, and I was wondering if it would be possible for this phone to be flashed with HTC Aria ROMs as they don't particularly have anything for HTC Gratia.
He's running Froyo 2.2 now and I'm interested to bringing him to Gingerbread 2.3.7 (Maybe CM7)

Yes, they are completely compatible. There is only one thing you need to do differently with the Gratia, which is that you need to use this tool to upgrade your HBOOT to 1.02 before you can use Revolutionary to S-OFF the device.

I have a HTC Desire 601 with the JB version, and I want to upgrade it to KK in order to install a Custom ROM, but I can't find the way to upgrade it, since my phone is from Orange ES and them didn't release the KK update.
Is there a way to update it safely? I'm asking for help, I'm desperate!
