Thanks, Jonah, that's just what I did and it worked out.
Only issue now is that I'm running the same radios as cyano 7.1.1. and I now have no data connection or bluetooth connection. I have the ability to send/receive texts and that's all I know.
If I put both the cdma and lte radio on my SD card, can I save them both as the necessary name? Or do I have to flash one at a time?

They have to be flashed one at a time but flashing a new Rom doesn't change your radios

Yeah, but I flashed a new rom and now I don't have 3g/4g so I want to update the radios.
I just put the CDMA on one and saved it properly with the .zip at the end and bootloader didn't regognize it. Any idea?

It says wrong image when it tries to find my .zip file and it does nothing. Why would this be happening? Can I install this zip in recovery instead of bootloader?

Did you rename the zip to PG05IMG.zip? It can only be flashed in the bootloader. You may need to toggle mobile network on and off or even put it into airplane mode for it to come on. I remember that one release of liquid it actually needed to be turned on.

I actually got it working finally! I have another question about why my data and all is working -- but not my bluetoooth, still.
Thanks again, everyone

There could be a problem with the Bluetooth stack. There is no telling. Only thing I could suggest is try another Rom. Maybe try an aosp Rom.

Bricked???

I have loaded this radio then I booted into recovery and tried to install Das BAMF Sense 3.0 RC4.9 from zip and the download starts then about halfway though it goes back to the bootloader screen with the android guys skateboarding. It has fastboot highlighted with the only options being bootloader, reboot, reboot bootloader, and power down. I have tried to reboot, boot back into recovery and restore but it keeps going back to this screen...any idea's??

Well, if you can get into the bootloader you are not bricked. Go to Jcase's stock recovery thread and get the rooted stock PG5... to load in hboot. It will essentially get you back to rooted Froyo and then you can reflash the recovery and whatever rom you want.
Or I believe you can rename a ROM to PG5... and flash it in recovery as well, although I've never tried that method.

I've never heard of anyone flashing a rom through hboot by renaming it to pg05img or whatever it is. I wouldn't try that without evidence of out working

I have. I've just never tried it. It's not something I've ever had to do.
I still would advise caution though.

I've tried it and it works! Be careful, I would recommend using the stock rooted PC05img that was in the first post, it usually works, you just have to noodle with the 4g settings after.
thanks guys, I am a happy camper. I am loading the stock rom as we speak....Man I lost sleep and could not work.

[Q] Reverted to GB Firmware, Now having data issues

Okay I ran the s-off tool last week and had success . Then I decided to get off the ics leaked firmware and revert to the gb firmware.
I began experiencing issues with both my wifi and data disconnecting after a period of time. I have tried running the ruu in a exe and zip format and neither have fixed the problem. I also have tried doing a factory reset and clear storage from hboot immediately after the ruu was installed. No luck.
Not sure what the problem is here. Lol. I haven't seen anyone having problems going from ics back to gb. Am I missing something?

Hmm, I just finished reading the whole post, everyone else seemed to be fixed by doing the factory reset and clear storage. I reverted and haven't had any issues, granted I am just in 3g land so don't think 3G was an issue . Is it a problem while on the stock rom or just when you flash a custom rom ?
You shouldn't post your issue twice

That's because the radio is on, but just because the radio is on doesn't mean you have a data connection.
Isn't there a known issue with flashing back to GB firmware and losing data?

Some have reported it , but he attempted the fix already and is saying it still isn't working. I am really not sure what else you could try other than running the RUU again, then trying to factory reset and clear storage.
I think I found the problem. My bootloader was unlocked.

Need help from those who have successfully installed cm9 on boot manager

K I'm using boot manager to install a cm9 Rom and it keeps failing at creating boot.img. I don't know what I'm doing wrong since I've herd of others installing cm9 roms sucessfully using boot manager. Maybe it's something in my settings? Tried making a thread at init2winit forums but have not gotten any response over there. Anyone here willing to help me out? I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for the advice. I did check my SD storage and it said that I only had 1.16GBs left. So I thought that this could be true I suppose. So I switched to int. Storage as the install location(which I have 9.67GBs available on) and its causing my phone to lock up and freeze. Happened right at the part "extracting Rom please wait..." Weird...

Remember to disable logging in Superuser. That also causes some major issues. Just open superuser hit settings icon, and where it says logging set it to off. You should have much better luck that way

The Rezound is supported by bootmanager.
I've never been able to get boot manager to work correctly since I've started using it back on my dinc2. Had issues installing some roms on that phone too. Which is why I think my problem may be the settings I am using. Is there specific settings I need to use for the rezound?
EDIT: After I changed the settings SU I tried again at work and it froze still and even rebooted during the install.

Ok, so I finally got cm9 roms to install correctly and now when I try to boot to them it just shows the splash screen for a couple seconds and my display turns off and it never boots. I've tried with kang and paranoid with the same results. I've tried going into recovery and manually flashing the update zip for rom 1, didnt work. Can't think of what could be the problem....

Doesnt look like anyone has asked you this, but are you S-Off?? You need to be S-off for this to work. Also make sure when installing you wipe system/data/cache. You should be able to use the ext.4/2 either one will work. I use the ext.4 since it installs faster....alot faster.

i understand... he could probably do a dirty install of the same rom over top and make sure it has a boot.img in the zip that is not in any of the folders

Can't make calls after S-Off.

Everytime I go to make a call or receive a call the phone force closes and then signal drops off. I have flashed new kernals and have done a clean Rom install and problem continues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try reflashing a kernel. Might try stock first, then maybe Elkay's or dsb's writeable.
In case you're doing it a different way, try flashing it this way: flash the boot.img using the Flash Image GUI app. Then flash the corresponding modules for that specific boot.img kernel (can't mix and match) in Recovery.
If that doesn't help the situation, you may need to flash a different radio.
HTH!

If you are getting com.android.phone fcs. then reflash ruu, DL' a rom of choice on your computer and transfer using ADB push (will take a second) . reboot to bootloader. flash boot.img, boot to recovery, flash modules, then flash custom rom. when phone reboots, wait about 45 seconds before running setup. If this process still does not work, please report back. Or PM me or another RC so we can figure it out for you in a quick manner.

Yeah so it was a rom issue then
Sent from my HTC6435LVW using XDA Premium HD app
Not a Rom issue, I've had the problem on viper and hatka, both before and after soff and new radio. New kernel, old kernel.
I'm getting ready to try stock 1.15 before I ruu.. will report back.
Edit: Fresh off RUU, with the old radios flashed before the RUU. Still no change. Tried turning phone off, remove sim card, phone on, try to use cell connection (obvious failure), phone off, insert sim card and boot. Still no good. About to try above method using CWM and Digital Dream, as soon as it downloads.
Edit 2: Still no such luck. After digging through system logs, there's quite a few errors pertaining to the radio, IccCard, and RIL. One that particularly caught my eye was an error that there stated Ril_get_icc_status returned an error, and it should never return an error. Unfortunately, I didn't get a capture on the time I saw that, the radio reset which Su to reset which caused catlog to reset. Still have quite a few errors pertaining to SIM problems as well. I am way over my head after this point. I can interpret java, and linux.. but not so much understand when they're mixed together in Android.
http://www.pastebin.ca/2317800 This is logcat capture I got of the radio log. Unknown technology doesn't sound good to me....
http://db.tt/nbYfqEkb A full system log as soon as I could save after the force close. Couple things here and there.
I suppose if I can't get it fixed in a day or two.. off Verizon for a replacement. What's the purpose of a phone if I can't make phone calls on it?

Unless an error loops continually, its okay.
Have you tried to manually select a different network? I'm not quite sure how to do it on a sense rom, but I do know that when I was messing around within my CM10 build and changed to the wrong network type, I lost 4G data in sense. I reflashed CM10, selected a different network and then flashed back and it was working.
Have no fear...
THE MAN IS HERE!!!
OK guys honestly if it's up to me, we should all be scared ****less if we were relying on me. I bought a DNA with this problem to see if I could fix it and so far I've relocked, run the RUU twice (executable 1.15) unlocked and flashed recovery and done clean rom installs, kernels, switched to every network mode imaginable. I took my sim out of my DNA working perfectly so I know the sim is good in a different DNA.
I just flashed the 2.04 radios and I'm going to see what that does. I promise I'm going to give this issue my everything though because I gave a lot for this phone that's otherwise NIB condition and MINT. OK and the radios didn't help

I'm not sure why the RUU didn't put the phone all the way back to stock.

DNA not recognizing sim card after flashing roms

Running into a little hick-up with my DNA. Never seen anything like this so I'm stumped. After flashing M7 Digital Dreams V1.1, I installed the sim card from my galaxy note 2 and the phone says it's an invalid sim card. I put the card back into the Note 2 and it works fine. I then tried the sim in another friends GS3 and it worked in that phone. Not sure what's up. I tried re-wiping the phone (full wipe) and re-installing the rom. No Luck. Also tried Zone DNA rom and I get the same message. Is there something I need to flash to recognize the sim card?
Any ideas or advice is greatly appreciated!!

I'm having a somewhat similar problem, but not to your extent. I've flashed the same ROM you mention above and when leaving a Wifi connection to 4G (like when I leave my house and get in the car), my sim card gives an error. I get it back to working properly by rebooting, but it's a pain.
This occurs for me on other Sense 5 ROMS too.
Well I just got off the phone with vzw customer service and they are sending out a new phone. According to the rep, the latest update that rolled out on 4/15 was supposed to address this sim card issue. Specifically the "PUK locked" message, which is what I was getting when I flashed back to the latest stock ROM.
