@Members: Feel free to PM as well or post in here, please remember that the Dev section mainly is for devs so new threads with questions like "How to install", "I have a problem with...", "what app is recommended for...", etc will be moved or deleted from that section.
Please help us to keep it clean!
And use this thread if you want to give some ideas about our section, or any other topic you want to vent.
And before making a new post or thread don´t forget to read this!

Is this the proper Q&A Thread? The reason I ask is because I see alot of noobs asking questions over in the Developer's section without reading the Bible. Also my second question leads to Where are the moderators? Yes Im Trollin.

Hey its called a human.
Everyone who registers doesn't know there's a Bible.
They join to ask questions because their phones are messing up.
You did this before when you were new.
Leave them alone and the word noob is over used.
Mods don't do anything because if they just wanted to read the damn Bible they wouldn't post questions
There's a q&a section and that's what people are doing

2 - Be tolerant towards other members. Don't forget you were a noob yourself.
3 - Donot take matters in your hands. PM me or another mod with the link to the post and why you think it should be reported.
4 - Use ENGLISH
This site is a learn from everyone site. I have learnt a lot in the last 4 years I have been on it.

What is this forum for? Did you guys just split roms and kernels? Very confused when I saw this earlier today and couldn't find anything with search so decided to ask. I know I am breaking rules however feel free to answer before deletion, or send a PM or something.
