This may help some people. There is a toggle under menu.settings.power. deselect fast boot toggle. For some reason they stuck it there. OG evo 2.3.3 had it in applications. If this helps please say thanks

I know this is wrong forum but figure someone would know. My buddy dropped his epic 4g while it was flashing rom and the battery popped out. Now its stuck on boot screen. Can it be recovered. Its a sprint GSM phone

Not only wrong forum, but wrong OEM. That's a samsung phone. Probably have better luck asking there, since most of us (including myself) don't know much about them, but they are quite different at teh lower levels of phone (like the bootloader).
I had one on my EVO 4G. I am looking for an alternative boot screen (not the boot animation, the one before that) that has a black background instead of the stock white one. I can't seem to find one around here. The one for my old EVO was a flashable zip file that replaced the stock one.

FYI - I just posted the exact thing you're looking for in that thread .
aight so my bootloader is unlocked im rooted and i have a recovery on my lte.. when i reboot the phone it reboots comes on and when that white htc screen comes on its says HTC when under that in small letters its says this build is for development purposes?? some isshh like that... does anybody else's lte say that??? or just mine???

Anyone who unlocks their bootloader will say this. I have seen in other post (the Splashscreens post) that even with custom splashscreens it still shows this and they suspect (maybe confirmed) it is in the HBoot that shows it so they don't know if they'll be able to rid of it or not...
aight cool thats what i was thinking.. just never saw it on my og evo 4g or my evo 3d before.. so i was like wtf!!?? thanks for getin back fellas
Guys which Rom has WiFi calling working .. tried speedrom, energy, caprom and fastamaze.. trying to upgrade from sensation to amaze but hard to switch over.. really need to have that since where I work hard to get T-Mobile signal..
