haven't watched the video but if it's the magazine with the phone embedded in then page, it's limited to about 1,000 copies if I remember correctly and mostly sent to tech companies I believe.

WOOT! Finally got s-off on this thing!
Currently running a modified version of CMX on it, but I'd really like to get your key lime pie port on it so we can really take advantage of the quad-core.
You can't tell from the video, but the front facing camera actually works! It's only 5 mega pixels though
I'm working on getting GPU acceleration working, but I'm not familiar with these new Tegra 4 devices.
I'll send you a logcat later tonight! I can't wait to see more devs getting in on this!

the phone is incredibly smooth...I didnt care about the 3d. But, I was very suprised. It is very cool. I have already set it up live my evo 4g. I can't wait to get to know the phone a little better.

All you need is the Media Link HD right? I thought it just played movies and stuff on the screen. I didn't know it mirrored the phone screen. That's really cool.

I bought the media link from sprint they can sell the accessories just not the phone
And it mirrors EVERYTHING. It puts up the landscape homescreen and I talked on the phone+ answered messages and played angry birds
Only lags here or there video runs great and I was playing google music and it doesn't react well to notifications coming in at the same time.

I got the h200 honestly I'm not sure the 100 was ever available in the US
And I think the h100 just does video and music where the h200 actually mirrors your entire phone. If I'm not mistaken.

Either that or Sprint realizes that HTC Sense is pure garbage, and they themselves are pushing the AOSP updates to your phone.
If you have any ROM downloaders, you may have inadvertently enabled scheduled downloads. There are a few that support this feature. If you have opened then link at any time in the stock browser, the download will be triggered every time the browser reloads until you visit another site
I don't have any Rom managers on this phone tho lol, and I didn't open any cm links lol

Its a new form of marketing to use built in cameras, see them all the time now, they use basic face tracking to see who is looking at what advertisements, glad cellphones don't do that

I *****ed about having to always replace my amaze so I asked for the retention department and after a few minutes of hassle they offered me a 1 s for free with no contract extension. Just go to retention ll be a lot more than customer service

Since you mentioned build quality....I guess I'll just add Im on One S #3. Each exchange done for a different reason. Quite frankly the cheesy plastic sim card cover and how easily it scratches bothers the living hell out of me...which I would say is a part of build "quality".... Oddly still on the same Amaze....and it's my daily.

Ouch thats no good. I didn't have mine long (A month) but my ex wifes has been flawless for a few months. Hasn't had the issues u speak of. Different strokes for different strokes. The Amaze was the beginning of the end of HTC. It has the capabilities and specs... and STILL MY FAV CAMERA, But Quality Assurance dept must have been replaced for cheaper labor... just my opinion

This is my first HTC for a while. It's a great phone compared to my S3. The keyboard is awesome, screen is amazing in daylight (unlike the S3) and the speakers are awesome. One thing I do enjoy is how simple the new UI is, as well as BlinkFeed. I read a lot on my phone so that's perfect. Not much time with the camera though.

Nothing is close atm. I am lucky that I get to use all of the newest phones and the One just blows everything else away. I wish the home button was centered, but this phone is silky smooth. Off the top of my head I can not think of anything I liked better on the S3 than on the One.
Even the Apple fanboys I have shown this phone to have been impressed.

Eh, it's a company phone so I cannot do it. sorry.
Only thing I do miss about my S3 is the ability to share anything via WiFi Direct. Love that feature.

A bunch of people were able to do it--visit some of the other threads. Someone got CWM too by using the same process the Int'l One uses.
I got to play with a Stealth Black model phone at Best Buy. Oh boy am I giddy over this device. It feels great, looks great. Etc. Do want, can't wait for my own version.
