No, don't panic, that's just a boot loop
See http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1108499 for help on these
Try flashing VillainROM, it wipes all your data, cache etc. Official rom don't wipe anything except system almost.
Or factory reset/data wipe in recovery, volume up home power. After that flash any rom and it should boot up fine happened to me a couple of times

Can anyone help me please ?
If I try to flash any ROM (Tried to install paranoindandroid, Ressurection Rom, Slim Rom) I get stucked in endless bootloop. From time to time the phone boots ROM, but only thing that happens is that I see "Enter your PIN code" for like 1-2 secs and then phone restarts and bootloop continues. Fortunately, I have Nandroid backup of my previous ROM which is old like hell (It´s RebelAOKP 1.3 ROM) so I can download other ROMs from xda. I tried full wipe, flashing other kernels, flashing ROM several times, fixing permissions and I don´t know, everything what is in CWM.
I´m so frustrated, whole day I´m searching for solution but I can´t find anything helpfull so I hope that someone will help me. Please be good to me I´m little bit noob but flashed lot of ROMs and this happens to me for first time. I will appreciate every response.
THX for your help.

A.
If i get your question very well,
1. Your device can only boot if you restore your old ROM.
2. Anytime you flash a new ROM, you always end up in bootloops
Please correct me if i got something wrong.
B.
Please provide answers to these questions:
1. What's your ROM details? Press include your phone's model no (goto SETTINGS -About, post everything you see)
2. Was your device carrier branded?
3. Was your device SIMlocked?
4. Please post all the steps you normally take while flashing a new ROM

Ok. I'm using paranoid too.
- boot to CWM recovery
- If you don't have a backup, please do it now
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe dalvik cache
- flash paranoid ROM
- Reboot recovery (under Advanced)
- wipe data/factory reset
- format /system (under mount and storage)
- wipe dalvik cache
- flash ROM
- flash gapps (gapps 4.1)
- fix permissions
- reboot phone
All should be fine now.
Note: this is not a standard flashing method. I only tried as much as possible to remove possibility of another round of bootloops.

Something must have gone wrong somewhere. This shouldn't happen, normally.
Restore your backup. Sorry about that.
Can you confirm if the MD5 sum of the zips corresponds with the ones provided by the Rom developers?

Yeah. Going back to stock and starting afresh should solve this issue.

i believe something is either wrong with the zip files you downloaded, or something else.
You shouldn't be facing all these

Any other time you face bootloops, Try this:
- flash Siyah kernel (4.x.x zip) via CWM recovery
-reboot phone

You really think that all these files which I downloaded are damages ? Uhm I don´t know but I don´t think so.
I tried this with Siyah kernel once and nothing happend. But I´ll give it a try again.
EDIT:
OH, God. I tried different stock ROM and even the new stock ROM wont boot... after i restart mobile, I´m in factory mode :-/
How to do a logcat
Ok so this is what i do.
. Download attachment and extract anywhere
.Open up Platform-tools folder and hold Shift+right click on an empty space within the folder.
.Click on "Open command window here"
.In the command window, type "adb logcat"
.Plug in device & turn it on
.It should do a logcat
leave it for about 1 min then disconnect device. Right click the logcat and select mark then highlight all and right click again. go to pastebin.com or something like that then paste it and save and give us the link.
hope this helps

Okay this is simple:
Boot into Recovery (CWM) (Normal recovery is also ok!)
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache partion
- Go to advanced and wipe dalvik cache (You don't have this option in stock recovery but it is not realy neccesery so don't mind!)
Reboot and the Galaxy S3 should be come back alive!

What model is your galaxy gio?
flash that model type only, not another model number.

Pretty old thread.. you should make your own to get more help i think.
Can you get into the recovery mode that you flashed? If so, do a full wipe trough recovery mode.
Most of the time you can fix your phone by flashing a new fresh rom onto your device.
Correct me if i'm wrong please. Fixed my own phone by flashing a new rom, worked out pretty good
Goodluck!

Usual reason is faulty firmware or user not following the instructions .
In recovery format sdcard system data and cache boot to download mode flash stock rom
Read the faqs and guides .
Fails then you need a service centre repair .

Flash the stock touchwiz ROM in Odin and make sure that works, if it does you probably downloaded the wrong ROM or something like that. If it doesn't work, repair center or a new mobo.
EDIT: You could try wiping everything in "mounts and storage" with CWM
