Guessing I'm not the only one out there that would like to see some more mods for our lovely tf300 so just throwing these out there if there are any devs that feel up to it...
1. Holo background without horrible color banding.
2. Jelly Bean stock system font.
3. Jelly Bean stock nav buttons (back/home/multitask).
If anyone could make these as flashable zips for roms built on stock JB I (and I'm guessing alot of other people too) would be very thankful!
I posted yesterday the esame questione in android general but without any answer

It's there any way to get honeycomb on the Samsung Vibrant? The full tablet IS, or maybe even the tablet UI for Jelly Bean? Or both, I'd like to try both. Thanks in advance!

the honeycomb version of android would be completely useless at this point for our phone. But if you really want the honeycomb feeling you could go search on google play for a honeycomb launcher i am hiv + that there is a pretty decent launcher wait give me a minute ...................... ok try HCL Launcher. Team Syndicate is pretty ****ing awesome when it comes to their lanchers
There is a ROM called Paranoidandroid, it allows you to set apps to be in tablet mode. As well as many other features. There is an ICS and a JB version I believe. I haven't tried them personally but it might be what you are looking for.

Im not sure how easy it is to flip a theme job like this, but im wondering if anyone here has the skillz to hook us up with one of them inverted jet-black jelly bean swipe keybords..?
I tried installing one from elsewhere (i think it was a lumia or samsung forum) but i couldnt get the damn keyboard to change at all..
Thanks yall. No big deal, but those roboto letters look SUPER COOL on the all black keyboard.

Re: [REQ] inverted 4.2 keyboard
I'm pretty sure I grabbed the "jet black" file that's 9.7mb.
Re: [REQ] inverted 4.2 keyboard
Okay y'all..
Interesting development here..
I managed to get a BLACK themed 4.2 keyboard working! (On accident)
So I downloaded Lord Manhattan's keyboard here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2143931
BACKED UP the LatinIME.apk that got installed with José's Pac-ROM.
Then I copied the keyboard above (28 mb) into my System/app folder and set permissions.
Did a Reboob.
*and then I got the same ol' "android keyboard has stopped" business that happens every time I try this..
So I just said **** it again, deleted the new keyboard I downloaded above and replaced the original (14 mb) keyboard that came with my ROM.
But, next thing I know, after I switched from my Swiftkey to stock... My ****s ALL BLACK!
And the best part is, the color accents actually MATCH the CM system theme I'm using at the moment!
Hope this helps anyone else that's interested..
Of course don't forget to thank homeboy at the original Thread.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37871103

Re: [REQ] [works!] inverted AOSP 4.2 keyboard
*Update*
I should mention that I'm using the THEME CHOOSER Team Holo Purple and/or JellyBlue X
When reverting to the System theme, the keyboard also reverts to Grey/navy colors..
But changes back to BLACK when I re-apply Holo Purple or JellyBlue
This could be because I had the Holo theme Applied when I installed the Lord Manhattan's BLACK Keyboard above (6th post)

I just loaded the Slim Bean unoffical ROM on my tab. Loving it as it is the same rom I use on my SIII. I came from the cromi ROM that I loved. I had tried several other CM10 and AOKP based roms and always came back to stock based just so I could have the Weather and Email Asus widgets.
I really dont want to go back to Stock so is there a way to port the stock widgets to a custom ROM?

I may be wrong but I believe it relies on some special Asus framework.

Not wanting argue but someone had ported them to the Samsung tab 2 7.0 when I had one about a year ago. The screen size just wasn't enough for the larger weather widget.
