i was using a custom firmware and have decided i want to revert back to real local firmware and just root myself and remove bloatware myself
my phone is i9300 THL (Thailand)
the problem i'm having is all the firmwares i'm downloading are not displaying as THL
the current one i have tried is off samsmobile and claims to be LH1 THL.. but after a flash its LH1 GBR . (philipines ?)
not found one yet that restores the THL
is there something else i need to do
Yeah you need to change the CSC.

My tab came original with CSC-NEE(Norwegian)
I flashed KG9 with Odin, CSC was NSE.
Last night I upgraded via KIES to KI1 (CSC= NSE)
This rom installed a lot of bloatware like Swedish newspaper and magazines apps and it can't be uninstalled the normal way with uninstall.
How can I find a original firmware for P7500 with CSC=NEE? I have tried several P7500 firmwares from samfirmware but so far I haven't found andy with CSC=NEE.
I need the one with NEE so I then can try Kies update again to get the correct uppgrade, for NEE.
Anyone have a original firmware for P7500 with CSC NEE?

Had the same problem with the NSE and bloatware, ended up updating thru Odin
it works perfect - lost my 3G connection because of sales code ITV italien firmware.

I have been struggling for a while to get my Tab back to a factory state. I flashed the KI1 stock rom but it is an Italian Rom. I then tried to flask KG7 which again was an Italian rom, so I changed the CSC using a CSC changing app from the Android Store, which successfully changed the CSC to XEU (UK).
The problem is that now when I try and connect to Kies it says that this version of the tab can't be updated (I guess this is because of the way I changed the CSC). I would REALLY appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction of an official UK Rom for the P7500, so that it can be updated in Kies. It is causing me a real headache!

Surely someone can help out with this? I just need a stock UK rom that can be updated using Kies!
not sure if this helps ...but sammobile has a list of firmwares to download, you could try the version you had before you upgraded to KI1

I had a version of KG7 - I tried flashing that one from samfirmware, but the CSC was Italian. I changed the CSC to XEU (UK) which worked, but the tab couldn't then be updated in Kies.

When I connect my S3 to Kies, it shows the following firmware : PDA:LH9 / PHONE:LH9 / CSC:LH9 (BTU) [Am running the JB leaks]
I bought my S3 internationally, so that is probably why the firmware is the UK version.
However, I live in India. So, my question is, when the official JB comes out, will I be able to update my S3 to that from Kies after removing root & resetting the Flash counter from Stock ROM ?? But will I also have to change the CSC code to India to be able to update from India or just flashing the Indian 4.0.4 firmware from Sammobile will be good enough. I don't really have much idea about CSC, so please forgive me if it's a stupid question.

The CSC isn't relevant at all. You can go to http://sammobile.com or even http://androidfirmwares.net and look for the relevant Multi-CSC ROM. Now saying this is don't know what's the CSC code for your region if one exists but it won't make a difference what you flash because there's no differences.

Grab your stock Rom from sammobile original and why not new JB when it comes out for your exact provider. I'd flash it with mobile odin pro and keep everoot. Counter will be 0, status will be normal. Need warranty remove traces of root unroot and you're done.

Hi threre,my s3 lte i9305 was rooted but i installed the originla stock ee uk rom and reset the counter but kies still saying your device current firmware virsion not support update via kies..
i tried the change csc app but its not working and i cant find any option to change csc,it must got the original uk csc as i flashed the uk ee rom..
can you please help me to sort the problem.?
or any one got the diffrent csc files so i can try others..?

Recently, out of nowhere my phone got in a bootloop and now I want to flash the stock firmware using odin. I went searching on samsung-updates.com and sammobile.com but for both I couldn't find firmware for Belgium. Does it need to be Belgium or is this the same for a group of countries? Also my phone was rooted.
