I bougth an Note5 F6, it´s a dual sim phone with 6" screen and Android ICS. In "Enginner Mode" and next BandMode option appears UMTS Mode, WCDMA-IMT-2000, WCDMA-PCS-1900. Does it means that phone works on this frecuencies? If so...why doesn´t phone detect any network? My my last phone does, but when i set sim card on Note5 not. I´m interested on 1900 3G network. Thanks!

I recently retired my old Xperia X1 and bought a Htc EVO 3D Gsm.
The cellphone is Canadian Rogers version. and also its unlocked (sim free)
I live in Brazil, I can make calls normally but the 3g network don´t work at all.
This cellphone is quadriband correct ? so its suppose to work with any carrier right ?
Any ideas ? Please help
If need more info just let me know
Just in case, I use TIM as carrier and the 3g frequency here is 2100mhz so I discard band problem

Ok, I think I found the problem
There´s no APN settings
But.. i enter manually the settings for my carrier. It appears "saved" but the settings still blank
Any advices?
I bought a Chinese Clone of an HTC S720e and I cannot get it to "see" the ATT wireless network with my SIM card. Says Network Not Available. No voice calls, no signal, no data, no nothing.

It's supposed to be able to work on 900 and 1850 MHz like ATT needs.
I called ATT and got them to accept the IMEI that came with the phone. (It's actually one of those Dual SIM card phones).
I have tried a million different APN settings and nothing seems to work. The phone doesn't see any signal at all! Really makin me mad.
I tried a Star N8000 from China before and it had no problem working with my SIM card. Why can't this one?
Appreciate any suggestions.
Bump! Also I notice when I turn the phone off, it says "Restricted Access Changed"

i've got this same phone from pandawill today and i'm having the same problem, i'm in argentina, and i've found a guy from panama with the same problem too. Hope is just a firmware problem, i'm contancting pandawill support, we'll see. Here in argentina we use 850/1900 gsm bands...

I have bought a jiayu g4 basic phone, I'm having problems getting the 3G to work, I have an O2 sim in and a Vodafone sim in it, none of them will work on 3G, I have tried switching from one to the other in sim management but it will still not connect to the internet, 3G is enabled,

Which frequency your carrier use for 3G?
I bought a Jiayu g2f phone. After one week usage the WCDMA went wrong, util yesterday it was still good.
Now only possible to use the phone 2G in both slots. (GSM mode, max speed: EDGE) Other case: only emergency calls accepted...not able to join to 3G network.
I don't know why. If somebody know any fix please share with me. Possible to die the 3G module inside the phone or ...?

Please does any V10 H962 owner experience this same issue?
Please do you have an idea of what might be wrong with my phone. My dual sim is no long standby. Sim 1 usually get 4G LTE and Sim 2 Gets 3G and 2G voice. Now I can only use either Sim 1 or Sim 2 at once. When One sim on 4G LTE, the second sim will Not get signal/coverage until I switch back to other one. Pls what can I do? I have migrated from MM to Lollipop, still the same issue.

In which country are you living?
Most of the mobile carriers are switching off 2g networks. So make sure they are not doing so in your country.
The Lg V10 dual sim puts one sim on 4g and the other on 2g, since the 2g Network is shut off the phone has not signal on the second sim card.
I think it's time to get a new phone that supports 4g on both sims or 4g/3g
