bro you will have to create a new .zip file out of the edited system files.......... and also with META-INF so that it can be flashed via CWM......... There is no way to create an ftf file from this again...............
Better move this general section since it's common to all 2012Xperia devices...

If I extract system.sin only can see the app folder, the others folders are empty, why? How can I get the others folders?
Im missing the files
CERT.RSA
CERT
and the folder COM
in the META-INF FOLDER.
Is this a problem when you flash the rom in to your phone ?

CERT.RSA & CERT aren't important
but you need the /com folder because it contains the updater-script, which tells the ROM how and where to be flashed
so you can't flash a zip unless you have the com folder, you need to download one (it is kinda standard)

Well yes but it would be much recommended if you copy it from a stock flashable Sony firmware ROM (not AOSP based ROM like CM or PAC)

ı see, but the problem is that I am searching for a stock zip flashable firmware. there is none :crying:
thats why I extract the FTF file than extract the system.sin.
I got my Meta-inf folder with only one file inside, got the system folder
but also no boot image? what can I do about that ?
There's no "meta-inf" folder in .sin or .img ROMs as it's a hack used to support permissions (as .zip files don't allow for them) and allow incremental updates where the .zip doesn't contain the whole /system partition
Friends I need dsp manager for neat rom jellybean 4.1.2. Anyone can help me please share the link. I have google alot but can't find work one.

Choose any stock based JB ROM which claims to have DSP Manager (Check out the ROM's thread to find that). Then download the ROM. Using 7zip or WInRAR, simply extract the apk file. :good:

Hi!
Put this question in Q&A section.
Regards.
Send from my Lenovo P1 Vibe Pro with 3 Gb of RAM and 32 Gb of Internal Storage.
Flash the corresponding file setDevice-X52x from the attachments with TWRP to change the device name (back) to the desired name.
These are modified scripts from a bootloader zip, that only updates an ascii file in /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/devinfo.
There will be no extra function, except with lineageOS 14.1 you can enable modified thermanger for X526 (india) if you decide to change the device name to X526.
It didn't work
