On my tablet, my front camera is very dark under a light. If there is no artificial light, it works fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

By the front facing camera there are two other holes/sensors what are these for? Sometimes at night I can see a faint red light from the far left sensor.

What low light camera?
If you mean the low light camera mode it's already in there.
Since 4.1.2 low light has become a shooting mode. 4.1.1 had this as well but as a scene mode. Same functionality different mode Menu. If you mean anything else we'll need sources to what you're talking about.

I am running completely stock and recently my camera is taking very dark images (even in complete daylight). Any ideas what the problem could be?
